Really good

This is a great bit of kit and works really well. We purchased it as we have just recently had an extension and no longer had the ability to vent our tumbler dryer. Faced with replacing what was a nearly machine or trying a cheap quick fix, we decided on the latter. There were lots of mixed reviews but still thought it was worth a bash. It was generally easy to put together, I did deduct a star as I dont think the zipties are enough to hold in place we used a metal hose clip to secure to dryer. It was also very tricky attaching the hose to the lid but once on and secured, it holds well. We also purchased a longer hose (2m) as the supplied hose didnt work in our configuration. We turned it on lots of hot air blew out and nothing else. We were very disappointed. It was then we noticed on the packaging that you need to fill the tub with around 2cm of cold water to help with the condensing. This made more sense and we wondered how we missed this instruction, it is on the box but its not particularly clear. From then on we haven't looked back. We ensure its really cold water, sometimes use ice. Change the water out after each use and we have had no issues with steam, condensation etc.. I wonder if others have missed this step and that's why its not working? So in summary, use cold water and additional hose clips. Other than that saved us having to replace entire machine.

Followed instructions on the box & from reviews on here , attached it all correctly & added 2cm of water to the tray & still after 40 minutes no water had collected in the tray & my windows were full of condensation . Been a waste of money . Was going to return it but I’ve lost the box over the Xmas period .

Great

This device saves you having to open the window and direct your hose outside. All you have to do is fill up the box with 1.5 inches /3 cms of cold water from the tap, position the lid with the 2 clips onto the box, then turn on your tumble dryer. You have to remember to leave the door open to the room so that air can flow, otherwise the room will be covered in condensation. After each session of the tumble dryer, replace the cold water in the box. The box is quite small and needs no ice, as other condensers do. It's magic! so easy to use, so small, so inexpensive, and it works. I use it every time now. I recommend this product.

L'article fonctionne à merveille avec 2 cm d'eau froide dans le bac ! Mieux: vous prenez 2 briquettes de congélation pour glacière que vous placerez dans chaque partie du compartiment, nappez d'un peu d'eau => aucune humidité ne ressort du bac ! J'ai mis une feuille de carton devant les évents du bac pendant le séchage, pour voir si le carton devenait humide...il est resté parfaitement sec. Plus besoin de sèche linge à condensation. Bravo ! il fallait y penser, "c'est tout con" :-)

No funciona. Toda la habitación mojada y el depósito vacío. El vapor tal y como entra sale.

Es un dispositivo que si no tienes salida al exterior donde se este ubicada la secadora, puedes salir del paso con este equipo, pero a un así, se produce mucha condensación en la sala donde lo tengas.

Simplemente no funciona bien. No llega a condensar la humedad del aire por lo que el lavadero se llena de humedad y condensación sobre las superficies. El depósito sólo se moja, pero no se llena. No recomiendo este producto.
