I am a senior beginner. should I get kettlebells or dumbells?

I like the kettlebells better than dumbells, once you get going you can swing the kettlebells, but like all exercise - it's take it slow and build up, you will notice a difference using them, I have lost weight and toned to . I would recommend.

Are they cast iron or concrete?

They're much more voluminous than my cast iron kettlebells (like 2.5 or 3 times the volume) - so they must be made of something much less dense, like a metal frame surrounded by concrete (at a guess). York dumbells were always made from concrete, so it makes sense that these are too. Amazing that they don't state this clearly in the product description.

If i change the 2kg for a 12 kg or a 10 kg could i pay a bit extra and temove the 2kg?
