yes, it should be used on wet hair. the shutter speed is 5 minutes and then it should be rinsed

Is the oil reflections range a good alternative to the wella luxe oil keratin range? Can’t seem to find that range anywhere anymore :(

I have never used the oil keratin range. But I do recommend the oil reflections, I have curly frizzy hair and it's very good for taming it. It looks sleek and shiny.
