I am very satisfied with the result! One tablet is enough to improve the quality of my sleep. Although it may not help with severe sleep issues, it's helpful when I feel stressed or anxious and want to feel more refreshed in the morning. Unlike more advanced sleep aids and prescription medication, this one is not addictive and does not have any side effects (at least for me). So, I can't recommend this enough!

Small, easy to take. I take before bed to help sleep and find effective but gentle.

No wonder it doesn't. The leaflet states, "As the effects of this product may not occur immediately, the tablets should be taken continuously for 2-4 weeks. Now, am I supposed to keep saturating my brain with this thing for almost a month on end, so it possibly starts taking effect? Then what if I stopped taking it for some time? Would it require another month of swallowing tablets before it worked again? No, thanks, I'll pass. What a waste of money.
