Easy to differentiate from each different weight, sturdy and a great addition to any home gym. This is a fantastic product which offers great value for money. They come in increments which can be used on their own, or combined to increase the resistance. I use these in conjunction with an Olympic bar (using the straps provided) to increase the resistance at the top of my lift on flat bench which definitely burns the chest muscles out more than a regular bench press. It comes with two handles which can be attached for a variety of different exercises providing versatility. The length of the bands is a good average to have, however I would personally like some slightly shorter. They have been a welcome addition to my home gym and provided me with some great functionality.

I like the products. I have tried them but have not used intensely. They provide a ease of use on a strong door, very versatile. I like thr length. Very colourful, ideal ro visualise which weight you are using. very portable which I will use when travelling spending time with in-laws. After trying it does come across, as effective. I will review again after intensive use. But comparing to others, I like the package and portable bag and quality.

Great quality. Handles are very comfortable. Bands are strong and comes in differe t tensions. Can be easily changed between exercises. Love the bag they come in, makes it easy when traveling.

Just incredible value! I really like this set as it's well made and comes with a handle seletcion and neat storage bag. I'm a beginner male and use the medium red cord and two main pull handles. The rest are stored in the bag and I keep it hanging in plain view to encourage usage. The yloook cool, cost peanuts and do the job of a home gym in a compact way. used properly these wil lgive your entire body a very decent workout. I know this as I'm part of an NHS weight loss schedual with a personal trainor, who makes us use these. At first I though what on earth, but once put through my paces in a range of exercises you quickly realise they are as good as a weight set! A must have for those short on money or space or for adding another dimension to a home gym. A perfect travel compnanion, as you need only take one or two cords and one set of handles. They can be used without the handles too.

They look great and work well but after less than a year and without much use I may add, the red band has snapped at both ends whilst doing lat raises.

Had these bands awhile now and they are brilliant very durable and easy to use at a great price too
