2.5 stars becauseI have had these only for 1 month as of yesterday, and the right earbud has stopped working. Prior to this this bluetooth worked as adverstise, it use it talk and listen to music, in which I had to charge quite often. I don't know what happen, I treated these with care and was careful with them. If there is a solution to this let me know. I have already charged them with the same result, only the left side works. They sorta stay in the ear, I find them sliding out even with the ear adapter, they are light weight, and comfortable, wish I knew what went wrong, if there is a solution, what is it?

These stick out from my head more than I prefer. Also, you cannot adjust the volume to a very quiet range. I read that others discovered this too. The little rubber covering for the charging access came off and is not fixable. Not the best product I have ever purchased.

This is my second set and the first was amazing this one lasted 3 weeks and I am really disappointed so I won't be purchasing from your company again sorry

Went bad in 3 days. don't buy!

Setup was easy and I was really looking forward to using these. Problem is that the volume buttons work and I can see the volume changing on the phone, however, the earbud volume remains constant and does not change. I'm returning these and trying a different brand.
