I bought these plates for a large thanksgiving party at our house! I wanted something disposable yet biodegradable and sturdy. Everyone was really impressed with these plates and amazed by the fact that they were disposable while being solid and high quality.

Used these for a party, they looked far classier than your average paper plate. They were sturdy and no splinters! Will be making these my new standard.

Had my daughter's graduation party and wanted a garden feel. These plates were beautiful, sturdy and made a statement. I wanted to have a party that represented my daughter's earth friendly, free spirited personality. These plates were it. They look beautiful and never worried about them leaking or falling apart. Much better quality than paper plates and not using plastic which is bad for the environment.

I purchased a few hundred of these plates (in both the 10" and 6" sizes) for a fundraising event and was unable to use about 20% of them because they were so misshapen/malformed and extremely discolored. Fortunately we had enough extra to avoid the wonky ones... We wanted an affordable, earth-friendly option that still looked nice enough for a banquet setting, and these would've been great if the quality had been consistent!(To be very clear: while the plates that we didn't use for our event did have weird folds/creases and looked dirt-smeared, they were still perfectly clean, sturdy, usable plates and would be suitable for more casual settings - they just didn't look nice enough for a fancy catered meal presentation.)

I bought these for a wedding event and they are great looking plates. They were sturdy and nice looking.

Expensive but worth it. We hate using paper but did so for a shower. These were great. Sturdy, green, and good looking.

I’m giving these one stars because of the compost ability of them. However, they are not 6” more like 5” and they smell. I had them in my car overnight to return and my whole car smelled. I realize these are a plant based product, but I was planning on using these at an event and couldn’t use because of size and smell.

These ranged from vanilla/beige color to brown/black tone. If you are ok with that, they are great!

Good and hard material. Size is perfect for dinner lunch etc. value for money

Great for where a sturdier single use plate is needed. We only used once so can't comment on cleaning and reuse. There are some reviews complaining of smell but we deeltectes no odour (and suspect bad smell is in fact the Amazon paper packaging fillers that can stink!). They got loads of compliments from party guests and nice to just pop in the compost bin once done.
