I thought the product was somewhat expensive but that is my only negative comment. The pump worked fine and the flies I was trying to kill died shortly after I hit them. A few survived but were sufficiently stunned to allow me to swoop them up to kill them. I thought the odor was OK, nothing special or bad. If I had a similar swarm of flies I would use this product again.

I did a lot of research on non toxic bug spray. Before making a purchase. And although this one Before choosing this one only has a 4.2 rating, I chose it because I know what ingredients work well and this one has a great combo. It works GREAT! But you need to follow the instructions! My bedroom somehow became INFESTED with all types of bugs! I have NO idea how this happened!!! There are carpet beetles, larvae, mosquitoes, pincher bugs, and what I believe to be a friut fly or some sort of gnat! Maybe one led to another, I don’t know.I used this on my carpets, around the perimeter of the room, on my mattress and I am amazed at the results! When I bought it I thought I was seeing the same one or two flying gnats. Once I purchaed this spray and used it, it would kill the gnat, but they kept coming in droves, that’s when I realized I am infested with those as well.The spray kills on contact and quicker that I’ve ever seen with any bug killer. To kill flying bugs the spray must make contact to kill it, and when you do they literally drop from the air ON THE SPOT!!!! I’ve almost completely eradicated them with one bottle! My husband and I are most definitely purchasing more of this to keep on hand.I’m shocked that the rating isn’t higher. Again, make sure you read and follow instructions, very important. I Highly recommend!

I normally don’t write reviews but I must say that after taking a chance on this product, I’d strongly recommend this to anyone looking to control pests. I live in a 4th floor condo and one side of my porch literally has the tree tops touching it during the spring and summer. All of these trees provide wonderful privacy, however, with this foliage comes a great deal of pests; chief among them- wasps, hornets and spiders. Deathly afraid of spiders and I must say that after spraying this product around both the interior and exterior door frames as well as strategic places indoors (along baseboards, dark corners, and window sills) I have not found one spider in my house. I have also sprayed it liberally all over my porch wherever I find spider webs and it seems to repel enough that they do not return to the areas I’ve sprayed. That to me is HUGE!!! As for wasps and Hornets let me just say that this product is AWESOME! It hasn’t harmed any of the trees or their leaves and I spray them liberally whenever I’m out on my porch. I also spray the railings and the gutter overhangs along the roof line for good measure and it really does seem to repel those suckers. Though I can still see them buzzing around they quickly fly away from the treated areas and there’s been a noticeable decline in the number of wasps and hornets that frequent these spots. These pests are the price you pay for living amongst the tree tops but it’s nice to know there’s something out there that helps repel them. The scent is strong so for indoor use remember that a little goes a long way: you don’t need to fully saturate an entire area to achieve the same results...but outdoors I spray as much as my little heart desires! Only downside seems to be that I have to spray it each time I go out on my porch: it will last for several hours before wasps and hornets eventually start to return but once I re-spray they disappear again. Not a big deal since it does work, but for the cost of each bottle it would be nice if it lasted a bit longer (I guess the direct sunlight and summer heat must dry it up and/or cause it to evaporate quickly. Indoors however, it seems to last for a long time without any reapplication. The price is the only reason I’m giving this product 4 out 5 stars.Bottom line: it works! Buy it!

This spray smells fantastic. It is not an overwhelming or offensive odor. I will add that some of these other variations are a little stronger and this holds a nice balance. The actual product does work and our family has ordered other options as well.

The smell is great, instant repellent-kill small ants, but after a couple of minutes the ants come back for more, not very effective as promoted.

This product works well for ant control, but the labeling is misleading. It claims to be "pet safe for cats and dogs," which is not entirely true. After using it, I noticed my cats sneezing and vomiting turns out it contains peppermint oil, which is highly toxic to cats. I only discovered this after doing my own research.The company should specify that it’s safe for dogs but not cats, as this oversight put my pets at serious risk. Thankfully, they survived, but the vet bills were expensive and avoidable. If you have cats, steer clear of this product!

Works perfectly on direct contact and safe to people and pet. But if you encounter an "invasion", you better use a different kind of spray
