Absolute winner. When I purchase filets at the grocery store, I sprinkle a little bit of truffle salt on all sides of the fillet and then I put a little truffle butter on both sides (top and bottom) and then wrap it in Saran Wrap, then wrap it in freezer paper and then put in a Ziploc bag and put it in the freezer. When I’m ready to cook them, I just pull them from the freezer to the refrigerator and once thawed, right into the pan to sauté to lock in the juices and then to the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 400°. The flavor of the truffle butter is excellent and a little bit goes a long way. Worth every penny! I will repurchase as needed which will be a while.

Made a mashed potato recipe with this butter and it was awesome. Pretty pricey though so won’t we using this often.

The moment I opened the jar and smelled it, it immediately reminded me the truffle pasta I had when I was in Paris. I went ahead to make pasta, made some steak with it, it even made a Newman’s frozen pizza taste a lot better!! LoL. Really good for the price because the flavor is really powerful! Best truffle butter I’ve tried so far.

Very little truffle flavor. I doubted the quality of the item after opening the jar and inhaled a mild smell of truffle. The jar claims two percent but I saw only a few bits of truffles in the bottom of the jar. I used the butter on scramble eggs ggs and pasta and came to the same conclusion. Spend your $25 elsewhere

White truffle is better but this is good to change it up here and there.

One of the best flavored truffle butters I’ve ever had. Not too strong just the right flavor. Works best with butter or fries or batters for chicken tenders etc.

So glad to finally get this. I ordered from another company & was 1 mth waiting got refunded. Tossed roasted potatoes in this butter & was delicious
