NaturesPlus Hema-Plex Capsules

I've reordered this product as it works incredibly quickly to up my iron and vit B levels whenever I'm told to supplement by my doctor. It doesn't cause any constipation. Prefer the capsules as the lozenge tastes awful.

I first started taking these when I was pregnant. I was told if my iron levels didn't improve I would need iron injections. (The dose was double what it is now. Apparently due to EU laws it had to be reduced) they drastically improved. In fact the Dr didn't quite believe the results! Because they are natural iron your body can easily absorb it. You also don't get all the usual side effects from taking prescribed iron.

Ok so I’ve suffered with iron deficiency for years and years and when it’s really bad I get the awful need to crunch and eat Ice!! It’s not fattening I know so happy got small mercies but it’s embarrassing when u are in a queue at Tesco and u r next to the freezer section and yearning to get at that ice!! It’s ridiculous!!! So if u have that symptom the chances r u r deficient in Iron So don’t take the cheap rubbish your dr prescribes it will make you worse if u r like me ..... it’s not a natural form of iron and it mucks up your insides and you feel really ill ..... so always opt for a natural iron with vitamin b and c added ( this one ) So as well as feeling exhausted I also have terrible thread veins in my legs but since taking this I have noticed them gradually fading which is a massive bonus!!! I can’t say enough good stuff about this iron honestly it’s great!!! I’m happy with the price too it’s about right !! Hope this helps cause ther is so much choice out there .. it’s much better to see what people with same problems can recommend.... I hope you find some relief to your exhaustion there’s nothing worse than being too tired to do things .... ( there are worse things of course,, but u get what I mean if u suffer with it )

The product is good but it is very strong and gives you hiccups. In the hiccups you can taste the contents of the tablet. Does nothing for fatigue

This supplement has made an incredible difference for my father. His red blood cell count and iron levels are nearly normal now. This doesn't cause constipation like the iron tablets they were giving him in the hospital either. Very effective.

Great purchase

I've purchased this several times. For me this has been the only iron supplement to improve my iron levels. It does not cause stomach upset. There is minimal smell. There is no after taste. Due to it being a combination of minerals it is good value for the money.

I prefer the liquid gel cap. The Dr was impressed with my progress. I have some that are filled with powder. I noticed a difference in the bathroom

I gave this item one star, simply so my review would post. This product had a chemical smell even when the package was sealed. Despite my misgivings, I too one, and within10 minutes I got sick. The next day, same reaction, but threw up even more. Called Amazon to report the issue, and recommended it be taken off the site.
