Works as advertised; no complaints. It gets hot to the touch, but functions flawlessly.

So far working perfectly with Unifi Aggregation Switch
The CIsco "color" version is working fine in the Unifi Aggregation switch. The two I installed are showin 10G experience for the direct connect copper clients, which are negotiating and sustaining 2.5 Gbps connections without difficulty (one to an Intel onboard NIC, the other to a USB-C adapter on my Synology NAS.

Works perfectly at 2.5GB in pfSense
I purchased this to connect directly to my modem as the modem had a 2.5GB port and I am preparing for 2GB fiber soon. The modem sees it as 2.5GB with pfSense seeing it as 10GB. Max download for now is 1.1Gbps and it handles it no problem. I have really good cooling so I cannot comment on temperature.

Works Great!! Finally full upload speeds
I went through quite a few of these and finally found one that was able to provide full upload speeds.I am running Pfsense as a VM on unRaid. I am passing through a Chelsio T520-CR dual port card and using one for my LAN connected to a 10GB switch. I am also passing through on board 1GB intel nic to use with my WAN connected to FIOS gigabit via ethernet. I started having issues with NIC dropping offline on Pfsense reboot so figured I would use the spare SFP+ port on Chelsio card for my WAN as well. I tried a couple SFP+ RJ45 transceivers and they would get full download but upload was limited to 15 Mbits/s.Tried this Wiitek SFP+ to RJ45 transceiver and now getting full download and upload speeds (856/931). Couldn't be happier. I know these transceivers are very hardware specific, just glad it worked out for my specific hardware.
