Not sure how many star to give but I placed it under my right eye and I about 3-4 minutes it was burning sensation, after I took it off it was a red along left In sharp of the pad. Tried it next day same thing happened. Will be returning it.

I give this brand a 3. I’ve been using these for 2 weeks and haven’t noticed any change. I still have dark circles with mo improvement. I use them first thing in the morning. I have puffy eyes upon awakening. I haven’t noticed any improvement with the puffiness either. I will try another brand when these are gone, but I will not purchase these again
