Within the past year I took up yoga seriously with my Peloton app and this product saved my knees. Being an athlete and emerging yogi, my knees have presented a challenge for planking, kneeling, and achieving certain positions for weight training. I seen this product on social media and became curious. So I purchased the large mat. It cushioned my knees and made it possible for me to kneel for long periods of time, which improved my workout and yoga sessions tremendously. So much so, I purchased one for my husband who also has some knee pain when he worked out or needed to repair something around the house. I admit, I purchased a different pad and returned it immediately as it did not provide the same support as LAI. Great product if you need more cushioning for your knees or wrists when doing planks.The small pad I am going to use for mountain climbers. I also like that I received a large carrying bag and a chart on different ways I can use the Lai Balance Pad . I've already recommended it to a number of family and friends. Love it!!!

Absolutely love this product - and the customer service is excellent!!The mat: The mat provides extra cushion for some yoga moves - and helps protect knees.The delivery: the mat, returns a d reorders came very quickly!!Customer Service: the best!!!I ordered this pad for my husband to use for yoga and I got the coral color. When he saw it, he didn’t like the color so I sent it back and reordered color black size medium and left the reason in comments. When the black came, my husband didn’t like the smaller size so I started the return again providing the reason. When I ordered the large coral again, customer service must have noticed I had multiple returns and read my comments.Customer Service went above and beyond what I would expect writing me to say they had the color dark purple in a large mat and asking if I wanted that color. I did! And my husband loves the color and the mat!!!

I ordered this mat and a few days later, Amazon contacted me to say the delivery was lost. So I ordered the same mat again again. A day later the first order arrived and then the second ones as well. I LOVE the mat but did not need 2. We all buy things that we think will make our lives easier and most of these items get tossed or donated. This simple mat gets used every week. Not only do I use the Balance Pad for exercise, I use it for everyday chores, Like cleaning the bathtub or any other chore I may do on the floor. I am 60 years old and I have arthritis of the patella (knee caps). The value in any product is about how useful it is. This pad gets used all the time. Money well spent.

This is a great tool for plus-size and/or older people who want to move their exercise and stretching routines from a chair to the floor. It is a dream for my knees and the gripping material makes getting up much easier. This didn't make it to my personal POS rating scale, it's a hit with me!

1 month in....Ab crunchesI have been getting butt berries, which are skin rashes at the top of my tailbone when i do crunches on my rug. And when you do 500 sit ups a day...it adds up. lol jk. But the pad has solved this problem for me. It even provides a slight decline to give you that extra range of motion. I bought this for my pregnant wife, but let me tell you, I have been using it more than she has :pCushionWe have hard top chairs at our home, which can sometimes be hard for my wife to sit on for longer periods of time. She finds a good switch up from time to time from the "pillowy" cushion as it helps keep her back straight and sit up higheroh and she loves the color!Overall high-quality versatile product

Firmness and size perfect - helps me with floor work postACL surgery. Only drawback is that the edges dent fairly easily so be careful on storing it.

I use this for exercise and it is great on my knees I feel that I can do all my exercises and it is great for me to hold my form. I love it!!!
