Yes, my granddaughter did and it removed just fine.

Q: If you were to put real nail polish on her nails would it fome off with naul polish remover?

It should remove the real nail polish due to it being made of plastic and isn't a pourus material.

Q: I know it doesn't include makeup but would my daughter be able to apply eyeshadow and lip gloss then wipe it off?

My granddaughter puts makeup & lip gloss and it does wipe off.

Q: Why is the color changing feature not working? It did not come with an applicator. We have tried applying hot and cold water with a Q tip, nothing.

Try using ice water. Cold tap water didn't work for us but ice water did.
