Compact and firm
The pillow is firm, it supports my neck and works perfectly while on my phone or watching TV in bed. Additionally, it's made well and has a good cover with a zipper.

Smaller than expected
It's smaller than expected and harder. Hoping it will help with neck spasms and pain. Not comfortable to sleep with hard and small thought I was going to roll off of it.

Neck Pillow
The item is sturdy. After several months, I dont expect the pillow to lose it's form. Pillow can be rotated pending on position & comfort one seeks for their neck. Very nice size, not overbearing in size. Neck relief the past couple of days has not gone unnoticed.
