Good Quality
This poster is good quality and I really like the size of it and that it was very easy to put up with some nano tape. I have a lot of resistance bands so having this helpful and handy workout poster has helped me get the best out of my bands and I’m now able to use them a lot better. I like that it’s laminated and easy to use and read, it’s easy to clean too. The poster is lightweight and the illustrations and guides are easy to follow. I’ve not had any issues with it and I’m really pleased with the benefits it’s given me. I think the value for money is great and I do recommend it.

Handy ideas
I have resistance bands but only remember a couple of exercises.This poster has a large number of different exercises you can do with the bands to help with different parts of your body.The exercises are illustrated in groups of six aimed at different body parts.the first six are arms, then chest then core, back and legs.You can set your own regime - eg one from each section repeated or concentrate on an area per day.This s a handy guide for using your resistance bands

Good, but a bit expensive.
My son has started to exercise at home so having an illustrated poster on the wall is good for inspiration. It comes rolled up in a tube so needs to be flattened out before fixing up.I thought it would be a stiffer laminate, but it appears it will hold up well.The images are clear and concise. Some of them could benefit from arrows to show direction of movement etc… or a 3rd image to highlight the middle range of the exercise.It is double sided so can be positioned in landscape or portrait.I'm a bit confused by the pricing though - at the time of review this is retailing for £12.99 whereas there are other posters by the same retailer & manufacturer (for kettle bells) which retail at £6.99.

Good variety of resistance bands illustrations
This is a very useful poster.I have been using resistance bands for various exercises and they are very versatile and this brings a good range of exercise illustrations which is really helpful especially when you are looking to target different muscle groups.I think this could be quite useful for anyone new to resistance bands and wants to try a few different exercises. It would be better to maybe see some videos of exercises so you can know the exact form to use then the illustrations can be a useful reminder. However on their own they don't fully provide the full range of movement illustrations.This can be handy to have on the wall for reference when doing some exercises. Being laminated it will last a long time as well

Clearly explained exercises
This poster is amazing. It has a great variety of exercises - they are clearly illustrated and simple to do.I really like that it is landscape and one side and portrait on the other although the exercises are the same.Of course you need the resistance bands to do the exercises but you can improvise.The poster is covered in a thin layer of plastic which makes it durable and will not succumb easily to damp if pinned onto a wall of an out building. Due to the lamination you can used dry wipe pens on the poster which works really well if you want to monitor your progress.Physically, the exercises cover a range of muscles and they are categorised clearly.

Nice poster
I really like this poster you can have it landscape or portrait, however as the exercises are on both sides I do find some of the wording differs from side to side and I’ve spent a long time looking at the exercises and they are same I’m a little bit disappointed they can’t replicate the same wording so it gives me any confidence they are the same.Really like the exercises and how they break it down into areas of your body legs, back, arms brilliant.The price point is a little high for one poster at £13 but this is a laminated poster so it can be dry wipe pen on it brilliant overall I’m very pleased

Shows a variety of useful exercises just using bands.
As a regular user of exercise bands I think that constant repeating of the same routines every day might miss out on toning some areas of the body. Therefore this poster has some useful suggestions about alternative exercises. I think that it will be best used in conjunction with some advice about which ones are best to fill in the gaps in my routines, so I'll seek help online or at my gym to take things forward.The price for the poster is average value. I notice that the same exercises are printed on both sides, with the portrait side having a couple more because of space.

Very easy to read.
I have this on the wall in the sitting room of my bedroom. Easy to read and understand and perfect for my workouts.

Good to remind of options
This poster arrives rolled and in a cardboard box. It is a thick paper with what feels like lamination on it. The exercises are printed horizontally on one side and vertically on the other so they can be hung in either direction.I am a competitive swim coach and have a home gym. I love using resistance bands as they are a way to make exercises more challenging without putting so much weight on that a person can hurt themselves. I like that this poster shows the names and illustrates the correct way to do each item. I would still suggest looking for exact instructions on how to do things, but they are drawn nicely if you know how to do them correctly (for example, the Russian Twists show the torso twisting, not just the arms moving side to side.) This is a great way to rotate workouts and not fall into a pattern!

Nicely laminated, thick chart. Use resistance bands? This is great!
This is a super handy chart for anyone doing a resistance band workout. It has many exercises, and you can pick and choose a workout that appeals to you.The chart itself is setup as "portrait" layout on one side, or "landscape" layout on the other. Both sides feature the same exercises, just give you a mounting option, which is nice.The stock itself is thick, and laminated. I believe this will prevent any sort of moisture infiltration.Being thick I had to re-roll it in reverse to get the set of the roll out, and make it reasonably flat. There are other ways to flatten it (piece of plywood and weight, for example), but that's the way I went (lazy).I really like this chart. There are several exercises I was not aware of, and thankfully now I won't have to waste several hours searching on YouTube.

Great visual for beginners!
I appreciate that these exercises are broken down into categories (arms, chest, core, back, & legs).I know I need to add resistance to my workouts, it can just feel overwhelming to know where to start or what exercises to do. This poster takes that guess work out and gives me a starting point!The vertical side of the poster has more exercises than the horizontal back side. All the exercises are the same front and back, just missing some in the first few categories.

nice to have this handy reminders of what to do with my bands. Comes in a tube and it is easy to put it back in the tube. May have to roll it in reverse to keep it from permanently rolling up on you.
