If you are Iodine deficient then a product like this is definitely for you. I bought this product and then went to my endocrinologist. Since we have Iodine in most salts (except pure sea salt) most Americans already have enough Iodine and do not need Iodine supplements he told me. In his experience over the years he confidently told me that 100 out of 100 patients who tried these types of products did not have any improvements in their TSH/T3 levels nor in the thyroid size. My Dr. uses a sonogram-type device to measure the size of the thyroid and I take a thyroid panel blood test one week before my visit.. Since salt and Iodine are so prevalent in the American diet doctors no longer test for it. Great stuff. It reduced my thyroid levels, without taking a prescription. It works, but it is important to check your levels every 3 month.

My natural path Dr. suggested this product to help with some issues I was having. After I had been on it awhile I did notice a difference. I would say however just to take it without seeing a natural path Dr of some sort you may not get the same results.
