I need a euro 47. size 13 us could be a 47 or a 46.5. what size is their 13 in euro ?

I am not sure about specific sizes but know that these run small. I wear an 11 and needed an 11.5 in these.

Can they be dried in low heat in the dryer?

Honest, they dry very fast just sitting out in the sun. I've never needed to put them in a dryer

How do these do in hot climate? I'm planning more desert hikes for example.

I wear them in humid 110 plus Temps on a consistent basis. No complaints here. They are my hiking/work boots and not one negative answer I can give you. Best boots I've bought.
