This lamp is attractive (to me, anyway) and works beautifully as a reading light just behind my favorite chair. I like the remote control, although I only use it for on/off. In fact, I just realized that there's a magnet in the remote so you can stick it to any ferromagnetic material - like the refrigerator. If you're like me, you discarded the User Manual and regret it once the remote stops controlling the lamp.Like other remotes, this remote pairs to the lamp in order to control it. If the remote stops working, but the red light shows when you press a button on the controller, the pairing has been lost. To restore it, turn off power to the lamp using the push button, hold down the power button on the controller, and turn on power to the lamp using the push button. You should observe the light flash briefly as it pairs.Given the price, I think this is a excellent bargain.

I finally found a lamp that I like I’ve been searching for years for the perfect lamp and all my previous ones I was not crazy about I absolutely love this lamp it’s fits behind my couch, perfectly it has remote control, which I absolutely love has different lighting levels it also has a switch you can step on to turn off as well and putting it together was so simple (if it’s not a simple set up, I don’t like doing it)

The low cost of this item, give me a moment of pause, but the fact that it was returnable if we didn’t like it, allowed me to purchase with confidence. This item is so versatile in that there are many settings with the use of the remote including directional option, bright/dimmable, the way the entire arm moves or just the head of the the lamp and more. I highly recommend this item. It is not only appropriate for community space admin living and family rooms but also bedrooms, playroom and more.

Does anyone know what to do about the remote?! I an having the same issue as most people, I replaced the batteries. The light flashes red but does not switch. It is still set on the highest and brightest mode.Also the other thing I expected is the wire to come out from underneath for a cleaner look. Instead it is made faulty I feel, look at the pic added. Found this out during instalation .

The lamp base is heavy. But the lamp is sturdy & nice. Love the remote options. It's a great lamp.

This is a great lamp and was super easy to put together

I enjoyed this product for about 4 months. Then suddenly the remote stopped working. I’ve tried changing batteries etc but it simply won’t connect to the lamp anymore. The lamp is now stuck on the brightest setting! (Which I never use! So now it’s always off because it’s quite annoying and nothing “ambiant” about the brightest one…) there’s no other button on the lamp to control the brightness or mode! I reached out to customer support and they contacted the seller about the issue. I have yet to hear back… very disappointed. I’d like for the seller to contact me directly and please ship me a functional remote - I will update my review to 5 stars if this problem is solved asap..

This lamp is amazing with its height, the tilting shade, temperature and brightness controls, and we just discovered that the remote is magnetic- it sticks to the stand so you won’t lose it!
