Arrived amazingly well packed and safe.
So honestly I buy a lot of plants. It’s a problem lol. This plant arrived so well packed. And it’s very healthy. Looks much fuller than the picture. The soil in the pot seems to be of a good quality and the plant it’s self is just gorgeous. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Arrived in great shape! Beautiful!
Was a little wary of ordering a plant on Amazon, but it’s beautiful! So glad I did! It was packaged very carefully. All of the leaves and stems were intact upon arrival and and the plant appears very healthy.

The plant is packed meticulously. Completely safe and undamaged
This is the 2 nd time I’ve ordered this plant. Always get compliments. Had to get my son one for his house. The plant is shipped with care and packed so it will not dry up and die. I highly recommend this company and their plants.

Looks like a solid lil plant!
It did take longer than expected to arrive but as it’s the holidays it’s no worries! Looked great and healthy upon arrival, even had new sprouts! Will be ordering from this brand again!

Packaged with care, quick delivery (to IN), low maintenance, & still thriving 2 months later!
Shipped during the midwest (IN) cold weather month of March all packaged up safe and cozy with obvious care. Little bonus babies were noticeably growing. Put him on my bedroom dresser (meter or so away from an East facing window - not very much sun). The low light is causing him to reach up a bit, he's still doing great. Didn't water him for awhile since the soil was pretty wet upon arrival (I think most plants are shipped like this just in case).I was nervous after ready some other reviews, but gave it a shot anyway (I'm a sucker for adopting a plant in need of TLC anyways) and ended up with a plant quite larger than I expected.Great for people who don't have a ton of light and are prone to forgetting to water plants - just be prepared for it to get bigger quickly!

I couldn’t believe it!
This plant looked green and healthy when it arrived. The soil was moist and it was well packaged, but it was leaning to the side quite a bit, more than it should’ve in my opinion. I put it by a window where it had good filtered light, but it would never stop leaning. That was odd to me. I have found that many plants try to adjust toward the light unless it is too harsh, which mine wasn’t. After a day or two, I began to think something was wrong with the plant as a beautiful bright healthy looking leaf fell off overnight. I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. The next day two more leaves had fallen off. The plant was still pretty moist from delivery day. One of the stems began to turn black at the base. The plant continued to slowly bend. I gently put in a stick to help hold it from falling more but did not tie it to the stem as they looked injured already. Every day I would lose more leaves. I contacted the seller and after sending this picture, they refunded me. I kept trying to revive this plant and watched it closely every day. Nothing helped. Today, with only a couple of leaves left and the one injured stem dead and gone, I poked around the top 1/4” of dirt gently and found it was absolutely loaded with soil mites. I’ve never had soil mites before. I had this plant in my kitchen, with a couple other plants. After seeing the mites, I poked around the dirt of my other kitchen plants and found that two of the six had a few mites as well but not nearly as many as this plant did. It was completely overtaken by them, it looked like the dirt was moving. I couldn’t see any of them until I looked under the top of the dirt. They apparently hide underneath and inside the dirt. After researching soil mites, I learned that they spread to other plant’s soil quickly. My plants in other parts of the house had none. I hope I caught it early enough to save the rest of my kitchen plants. Now I have to dry out the dirt, repot my two old plants, clean the roots somehow without shocking them, and I also read that I need to spray all plants with a cinnamon solution. The original plant that I’m writing about is a goner. I’m so sad. I love all my plants and feel betrayed that I was sent something that infected my other plants and that I have to either throw them away or spend more to attempt to save them.

Just wish it came with care instructions
The plant is cute and sems to be easy to tend to. It was also well packaged, so it was still in one piece upon arrival. However, I would have liked for there to be a little slip that gave some care instructions for the plant. Sure, it isn't difficult to google how to care for plants, but as someone who was buying my very first house plant, it would have helped to know if there was anything I needed to do when it first arrived (do I leave it in this pot? Does it need to be moved to a bigger pot? Etc.). Other than that, I love my little plant. :)
