Disappointed
Bulbs were neat(had a couple blue flaws) but for design they were exactly what we wanted. UNFORTUNATELY one arrived broke and the other had 2 small cracks. The hassle of getting anything done through Amazon isn’t worth it most of the time; so I tried going directly through the maker. Their response was basically “you didn’t order directly from us so you need to go though Amazon.Needless to say to me that was not acceptable customer service. I will throw the bulbs away and I ordered different ones from another seller through Amazon.

Beautiful, but.....
I ordered 3 of these - for our new Airman grandson, his parents and us, his grandparents. First the negative... supposed to be Prime, but took from August 15 to August 22nd to be delivered. Not sure what happened there... Then, I open them and two are Air Force and one is Coast Guard. NO! Now for the good - first, they are beautiful! We love ours and I know the ones that are gifts will be loved also. The other good is that Amazon is replacing the incorrect one (hopefully) with another Air Force one and they do not want the Coast Guard one back, which saves me the hassle of returning it. Excellent customer service Amazon!!Update: Replacement ornament received - correct Air Force one and it was in two days! Thanks, Amazon!

Proud parents of an USAF Airman!
We got our order in a timely manner. The company deliver what was shown. I would by again, but the price is alittle high. Everytime I see this ornament hanging on the tree. I think about my son that is serving our nation in the USAF.

Great ornament
Love that it has the words to the Air Force song on the opposite side of the Air Force emblem. Pretty ornament and a great way to honor our Airman!

Exactly what I was looking for! My son is in the Air Force. Every year I like doing my tree based on my year. I currently have two based on the Air Force. I will but an ornament for every year he serves. One day when he is finished I will give them to to him for his tree!
