This projector is a fantastic buy, it focuses in on each switch on to make sure it it is viewable and very easy to set up, great picture quality, sound is great, although I use Bluetooth sound bar, streaming is seamless, compatibility is fantastic, great for every day entertainment very happy with purchase and great value for the price.

Very surprised at how well this is put together and how well it performs given the price, had a few bad apples from other suppliers and models and was not expecting much from this price range but wow was I surprised. The auto focus works so well saving wasted time manually focusing and adjusting the tilts, big plus and works even when objects are in the way, amazing. Using during the day with sun beaming in and onto a pink wall was still usable, not perfect but given the challenge it smashed others out the park, closing the blinds made this a day time projector with ease and if I add a proper white screen then win win baby! Now at night this comes into it’s own, super clear, wonderful. My only gripe is the distance from wall to projector needs to be a little more than the booklet suggests, not a big deal but this would have gained 6/5 had the lense been able to cope with being slightly closer and produce a bigger projected screen. Will look out for more from this seller, it really is a gem and a steal at the price, super worth it for garden viewing, kids room etc….

This is my second Wimius projector. When I needed another one, I went straight back to Wimius and I’m really pleased I did. The first thing I noticed — and was genuinely impressed by — was the brightness of the colours. The room I use it in isn’t particularly dark; there’s quite a bit of daylight coming through and my curtains aren’t blackout or anything like that. I was actually shocked when my son turned on the projector before I’d even had a chance to close the curtains — it was so bright! Even with full daylight in the room, it felt like we were just watching a TV. Of course, it looks even better once the curtains are drawn. I’m also very happy with the clarity of the picture. It’s really sharp. I wouldn’t say the auto-focus always gets it exactly perfect, but it gets very close — and with a couple of little tweaks using the remote, I can get it just how I like it. The remote allows for tiny adjustments, which makes it easy to find the perfect sharpness. The sound quality is also great. It’s clear, goes quite loud, and the quality is very good. Setting it up was really straightforward. Maybe having had a Wimius for years helped, but honestly, there was nothing complicated or confusing — my 11-year-old did most of it anyway! I’m not sure what the ‘ideal’ distance between a projector and a screen is, but I’m using it in a fairly small room with a distance of about 2.5 to 3 metres, and it works perfectly. The screen size feels just right — not too big, not too small — and there’s no issue at all with the clarity of the picture. As for the fan noise, again, I don’t know what’s considered ‘ideal’, but it’s definitely reasonable. I wouldn’t call it super quiet, but none of us found it distracting or annoying. It’s actually quieter than our old one, which we were perfectly happy with too. Overall, I’m really happy with this projector so far (had it for about a month now), and for me, it’s well worth the money.

I chose this Wimus projector as a first trial for a home setup. On the whole I am very happy with it. Easy and quick to set up and the picture quality is great. Colours are strong, crisp and clear thanks to the auto focus and brighter than I expected. You will need to use the blinds on the brightest days but not as often as I expected and certainly better then the price tag would suggest. I use it projected straight onto the wall without a screen. The sound is not bad but connect a Bluetooth speaker for the full cinema experience. Minor points I have experienced are, that the default volume when you start up is quite high so it comes on very loud when connected to a Bluetooth speaker and there is no way to change this. Also the sound will cut out for a couple of seconds every now and then when using Bluetooth. These are not major issues and I'm sure they can be fixed with a firmware update. This looks a quality unit and I am more then happy to have it setup in my living room. Visitors are also impressed, wanted to know more details and we're surprised at the quality for the price.

I can’t possibly overstate how good this projector is, especially for its price. The fan is audible, but not bad, especially when connected to external Bluetooth speakers, sounds drowns out the fan noise very quickly. I’m very impressed by the picture quality. Especially once it gets dark. We don’t even have a projector screen installed, and are projecting onto an aged, bumpy white wallpaper with some blemishes, and the result is still outstanding! Check the video to see for yourself. Speaker that is inbuilt into the projector is barely adequate but you would want to use external speakers anyway. Boot time is somewhat slow, but again, nothing that makes much difference. Autofocus function works perfectly every time, auto keystone less so, but it’s very easy to do it manually. Very much recommend!

Amamos nuestro proyector 😍 Nos dejó impresionados con la calidad de la imagen, es perfecto, tiene buen sonido pero lo conectamos a una bocina porque es nuestro cine en casa. 🫶🏻 Llegó un poco antes de la fecha estimada y aunque la caja venía maltratada el proyector llegó bien. Trae una backpack de su tamaño para transportarlo y/o guardarlo.

Mise à jour de mon précédent commentaire publié le 12/03 Commande reçue sous 48h, il y a 8 jours Projecteur très facile à configurer et à utiliser. Je projette sur un écran de 2m de large et le projecteur est situé en hauteur à 1m80 environ, et à 4m50 de distance de l'écran. J'ai du réduire manuellement le niveau zoom de l'image à 69% pour qu'il colle parfaitement avec les dimensions de mon écran (à 100% de zoom et à 4m50 de l'écran, la taille de l'image est en effet beaucoup trop grande par rapport à la taille de l'écran). Image de qualité exceptionnelle et les couleurs sont tout simplement magnifiques. L'Autofocus qui rend la mise au point automatique si simple est tout simplement excellent. Les hauts parleurs intégrés semblent puissants mais un peu trop aigus à mon goût. Disposant d'un très vieux mais non moins excellent Homecinema en 5.1 (avec un caisson de basse) de près de 20 ans d'âge qui n'accepte que des connexions filaires via des prises RCA (rouge / blanche), j'ai réussi à sortir le son du projecteur via la prise 3,5 mm du projecteur dans laquelle j'ai branché l'adaptateur fourni avec le projecteur (3,5mm => RCA mâle rouge + RCA mâle blanc). J'ai ensuite connecté une rallonge RCA mâle-femelle de 3m connectée à mon Homecinema à cet adaptateur connecté au projecteur. Le son est très bon dès lors qu'on règle correctement le volume sonore du projecteur (au moins à 45 chez moi). Par rapport à mon précédent vidéo projecteur Wimius T4 dont la lampe vient de griller après plus de 5 ans d'usage intensif, je trouve que le bruit de la ventilation est vraiment très discret. La qualité de l'image (résolution, couleurs, contraste) est vraiment bien bien meilleure que celle que j'obtenais avec mon ancien projecteur plus bas de gamme. Mon utilisation jusqu'à présent du projecteur P62 : a) Visionnage d'un Blu-Ray via un lecteur Blu-Ray connecté en HDMI au projecteur - sur un premier Blu-Ray, un peu ancien, pas de problème de son - sur un Blu-Ray plus récent avec son Dolby Atmos, j'ai du modifier sur le lecteur Blu-Ray la sortie du son (désactivation du Dolby Atmos) sinon aucun son ne sortait. Une fois ce réglage effectué : Image magnifique et son impeccable. Immersion totale garantie ! b) Visionage d'un DVD via le lecteur DVD intégré à mon Home Cinema (connexion via la prise d'entrée coaxial (jaune) en utilisant l'adapteur fourni avec le projecteur Image et son très bons c) Visionnage de 2 films Prime Video via une Mi-Box connectée en HDMI Image et couleurs splendides. Aucun problème de son qui est de qualité d) Visionnage depuis une clé USB, d'un film enregistré à la TV sur mon ordinateur (via une clé tuner TNT HD) Image et son impeccables e) Affichage de photos contenues sur une clé USB Couleur des photos magnifiques f) Ecoute d'extrait musicaux en MP3 sur une clé USB Musique reconnue par le lecteur intégré au projecteur. Qualité du son très bonne g) Affichage d'un fichier PowerPoint sur Clé USB Aucun problème, format reconnu immédiatement ; on peut lancer automatiquement le diaporama ou faire défiler slide par slide manuellement via l'interface du projecteur h) Affichage d'un fichier Excel Fonctionne parfaitement (je n'ai pas essayé toutefois de modifier le fichier) i) Affichage d'un fichier PDF Fonctionne parfaitement j) Utilisation de la fonctionnalité Miracast depuis un iPhone XR pour visionner un film sur Prime Video Aucun problème d'image et aucun problème de son. Résultat excellent k) Connexion d'un PC via la prise HDMI Fond d'écran étincelant. Couleurs magnifiques Visionnage d'une vidéo via le PC. Résultat son et image impeccables Conclusion : Je me félicite d'être monté en gamme de produit car les projecteurs de début de gamme ne donnent pas d'aussi bon résultats, surtout concernant la qualité de l'image et des couleurs. Le Projecteur Wimius P62 est un excellent produit avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande les yeux fermés. Je ne suis pas du tout déçu de mon achat. Il mérite largement les 5*

We’ve only used it once to play a slideshow from a trip and it worked great. Setup was easy. Picture quality was good. Very good projector for a very reasonable price.

No good option to have onboard app on this device itself. However screen quality is pretty high for this price. So count also on an additional chromecast to add to your basket. Then you have the best of both worlds (good image quality and full acces to all apps). I can recommand this beamer pure from image quality standpoint.
