Talks to Farmers Paperback – May 11, 2017

The problem here is that people are making money off of a public domain document and they really aren't adding much for the price (99 cents isn't really much but I had the PDF for free, so what was the point?

Charles Spurgeon singles out farmers for their hard work ethics and commitment to a grueling schedule every day come what may. His Godly messages are inspiring and uplifting. You'll find this book to be worth your time. A great read.

Spurgeon, never anything better. The analogies and insights not just to the rancher/farmer but to all people is phenomenal. Read, and then re-read, over and over again.

Excellent and challenging messages preached nearly 200 years ago, but so very penetrating and practical for today. Messages are taken from agricultural passages in the Bible.

I have to read this book very slowly and patiently. I find myself reflecting by the end of each chapter.

Love this book.

I would recommend this to Farmers and city folk, Too!I was sad when it ended.Can't wait to find more of Spurgeon's classics.Way better than "morning and evening"

As every Charles Spurgeon's sermons in this book are both an inspiration and encouragement. I enjoyed everyone of these. We need a reminder of the relevance of God's Word and its meaning in our lives. His affinity with the farming community and ways of farming aligned to the Scriptures are refreshing and most uplifting.
