Meter works as expected, no issues so far. Readings are accurate and build quality is solid. The clamp jaws are a little on the big side, but nothing that can be worked with. The NCVT function is pretty hard to use, the wire has to be in the perfect spot for it to respond, so I just keep to the traditional marker style devices for NCVT needs. This meter really hit a sweet spot on quality, function, and price. Hard to beat!

Best multimeter Ive owned in this price range. Better quality and faster reading than the Klein. More features than the Fluke. The quality and materials wont blow you away but they feel tough and it hasnt let me down. It comes with a nice pouch that has a belt loop so I wear it on my belt.

It's a good alternative for people who don't want to spend money on expensive tools works really good and is good price

This is another wonderful product by ideal.As an electrician, I have to have accurate tools.I was looking for a meter that was both cost effective, rugged, something that could take a beating and still read accuracy, I also wanted something with options such as capacitance And temperature? And also hertz decline delivers all of these and more also fitted with a non contact voltage tester.I found this on sale for right around sixty five dollars.This is one of the best values for money in my opinion.I am no stranger to klein tools however, I believe ideal has knocked it out of the park with this price point
