I don't know if it's working but I'll persevere.
I hurt my gum the other day - behind my teeth at the back on the top right - difficult to get to and painful every time I use an interdental brush (maybe that's how I hurt it in the first place?). The swelling and tenderness typically goes down after a few days but I keep aggravating it. So I decided to try these. You get one 20ml bottle for £12.99 (as at 31 January 2023). The main component is glycerine, hence the thickness and sweetness and bee propolis water - so obviously not vegan. There is also spearmint which you can just taste, but to me there is also a taste of aniseed or cloves, maybe I'm mistaken as neither is listed but it does have that slight flavour to me.I applied to the sore spot by dripping a few drops on the tip of my tongue then applying with the tongue to the sore spot, this was the easiest way of applying the liquid. I did it after brushing my teeth before bed to get most benefit and repeated the procedure next morning, again after brushing my teeth.Does it work? Not sure really. I got instant relief as the drops are very soothing, and the type of inflammation and soreness caused by stabbing your gum close to the teeth-line subsides on it's own after a week or so. The inflammation has reduced significantly after two days of use so I think they're helping but they jury's still out.Worth a punt.

Taste & after taste are abominable.
This only works for a very short period after spraying inside one's mouth and I can't use it anyway because to me its taste is as bad as I imagine chewing a dirty sock would. It's also expensive.

Not 100% effective, but still good.
I regularly get tongue ulcers, the little white devils. They can be very painful. Also, because of the prescription drugs I have to take, I get a very dry mouth at night time. So, this product was just something I needed, and I hoped it would do what it promised. It arrives in a little dropper bottle. Getting the lid off the bottle for the first time was very difficult. Why do they have to make them so hard to open? The bottle is very similar to eye drops ones. However, you really do have to squeeze the bottle hard to get a single drop out of it.Is it worth all the effort? Maybe. It definitely helps when I get a dry mouth and does last for a couple of hours. It doesn’t get rid of it and just makes it a little more comfortable. Ulcer pain relief is reasonably good if applied directly to it. Yet again, it improves it but doesn’t stop it.It’s currently selling for just under £13 which is quite high for such a small bottle. To me, it puts it in the bracket where I wonder if the benefits are worth the expense. If it worked 100% then, perhaps I would buy it regularly. I’ll have to see when this bottle runs out.Overall, not 100% effective, but still good. I hope that helps.

Sore gums or mouth ulcers? - Try this natural bee propolis anti-inflammatory...
This product, made in Denmark for a London based company, contains bee propolis. I've had a couple of products featuring bee propolis and I like it. Over 300 compounds are contained in bee propolis, many of which are anti-oxidants which can combat damage and disease in the human body.Helt Propolis is a plastic dropper type bottle housing 20ml of product and made to GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice - standards. Anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, it can help heal gums and is specifically targeted to maintain oral health.I found it impossible to break the seal on the ribbed screw top of the bottle so gave it to my partner who also found it none too easy but managed it in the end. I've been having real gum problems of late and Helt Propolis is one of just two non-toothpaste products I'm finding helpful to calm inflamed gums so I shall get this again.Easy to apply, you can put a little directly onto mouth ulcers. For sore gums I've been putting 3 drops on my tongue and leaving it for 20 seconds or so then circulating it around my mouth using saliva. It doesn't state whether this is to be swallowed - but I assumed this to be the case and as I take bee propolis capsules this is what I did.The ingredients aside from propolis water extract are few - just glycerin and spearmint - so this seems a decent, pure product to me that's free from preservatives. The pack I received has a Best Before date of 04-2024. It could be useful for those with braces and dentures too. I do get a very dry mouth at night time so I shall be trying this remedy for that problem too. And the taste is not bad at all - a touch of mint and a slight hint of sweetness.

An Alternative Remedy
I suffer from mouth ulcers on occasion and dry mouth when the heating is on overnight. 'Natural Propolis Remedy for Oral Health' is a holistic remedy to combat both of these and also help with your gums. I am not sure how it works, but it does make your mouth less dry overnight, and this means less chance of any more mouth ulcers or sore throats. The bottle is small, but you only need drops at a time. Even so it is an expensive option. These drops can be applied to the tender area or mixed with a little water to swill around. It is simple enough, but still more complex than a mouthwash. It also does not have that instant success that comes with a strong mouthwash that stings and closes a mouth ulcer in a night. This propolis more of a preventative for someone who knows they are prone to these issues and wants to stop them.
