Excellent covers for cooking in any bowls, especially the kind that have only silicone lids, which deform in heat.

LOVE these covers so much.... PLEASE bring them back.... They wash up super easily and quickly by hand but also FIT so WELL in my dishwasher if I want to put them in next to my plates. Other covers do NOT work as easily over my various glass cooking vessels and the plate cover style covers take a lot of room in the dishwasher and they can be a bit cumbersome to hand wash. So please please bring these back. I will buy more for gifts.

These tempered glass lids work great on covering containers of food in the microwave oven. The two sizes fit well over the various sized containers. Now looking for something that will work on flatter containers, like plates. I like that there is no plastic to contaminate our food items with chemicals.

These covers work very well as long as you're heating something in a bowl or plate with a rim high enough to keep them up off the food. Otherwize they sit flat on whatever you put them on, smashing the food and not venting properly. They are very heavy and get hot in the microwave, so care is needed in taking them in and out. That said, I'm very pleased to have something glass rather than plastic. They wash up well. Most of the time I just rinse them off, but I've also put them in the dishwasher with no problem. The two sizes are sufficient for most of my needs. Overall I'm happy with them, though I'll continue to look for something lighter weight that will sit a little higher above the dish.

Glass is nice and sturdy and well designed. Easy to clean up and nice to be able to put in dishwasher. Have been able to get rid of plastic wrap use 100%

This has changed my life. I use these in combination with Pyrex Glass Food Containers (7 cup size), and it fits perfectly. I'm able to microwave rice and frozen vegetables every day, and then store them in the refrigerator directly with the Pyrex lid. Recipes: 1. Rice. Coat the bowl with olive oil for easier cleaning. Add 3 cups Minute Rice, 3 cups purified water. Mix. Place a paper towel over the bowl to protect the bowl and lid from friction with each other, and tear a small hole in the center of the towel. Place the glass steamer lid on top. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. When finished eating, place the Pyrex plastic lid on the bowl and place in refrigerator 2. Vegetables. Add 12 to 16 oz of frozen vegetables to the bowl. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water. Use a paper towel between the glass lid and the glass bowl. Microwave on high for 8 minutes. When finished eating, place the Pyrex plastic lid on the bowl and place in refrigerator I combine the rice and vegetables with chicken which I fry with oil in a pan. It's a very easy, very quick, and fairly healthy meal

They do keep things from splashing out but change cooking time. Hard to adjust cooking time and food does not seem to cook evenly.

This is the best most useful item I have bought in a very long time, works with almost any bowl or deep plate, I have been using the lids almost every day since they arrived, A+

It does what it's supposed to do without any plastic in my food.
