This product is super cute and very light weight. It has been great for cleaning hard to reach places especially in my car. The battery doesn’t last very long but the suction is good and the overall product quantity is great !

This vacuum has great suction and the perfect tools for reaching hard places! The charging dock is helpful and works really well. The vacuum was working great, however I caused an issue. It was impressive that they quickly took my call. They went over and above to solve my problem. There are helpful companies selling on Amazon!

Just not enough suction for my needs.

Purchased a PrettyCare Vacuum Cleaner GW H1 earlier this year given the good reviews and feature functions that I needed with a small cordless vacuum. The design is excellent, but I immediately had issues with the unit shutting off after less than a minute of use.Work with Diana at PrettyCare to address the issues but could never remedy the problem. Diana arranged for a replacement device which I now have, and it works great! The replacement unit stays on and the two levels of suction is a great advantage.I appreciate PrettyCare standing behind their product and having a customer service rep like Diana that made the effort easy. Gives me faith in potential future purchases from PrettyCare.Thanks so much!Gary

I bought this vacuum since I learned standard upright vacuums average about 20Kpa of suction. This unit has great suction power on all speeds and runtime is great. It's worked on all my small spot cleaning jobs I've thrown at it. The stand an 3 small attachments are pretty cute but work well enough I guess. It's easy enough to empty and wipe clean.Unfortunately there's no long crevice attachment or roller head. The suction is strong enough it could easily power a decent small roller head or work with a standard long extension. So functionality is limited to really small jobs at arms reach. Considering what I paid I think it's a good value as an extra small handheld vac complementing a full size vacuum.

The battery lasted about 30 minutes. It also did not vacuum up the dog hair.

Compact. Powerful. Not heavy. Easy to use. Can go into narrow places easily. I really like it.

The media could not be loaded.  Lightweight and powerful small vacuum that’s handy for a quick pickup and has a long battery life for larger hard to reach applications. It charges quickly and the charging base has suction cups that makes it easy to use for storing the unit and have it charged whenever it is needed. The three attachments are each useful in various situations. The dust bowl is easy to empty and clean. I had a need to contact customer service and they responded very quickly and they were very helpful in solving my issue. In addition they have followed up to ensure that they had done all that they could to resolve the problem.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm incredibly frustrated with this vacuum cleaner. It keeps shutting off during use, making cleaning a constant struggle. It's a total letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
