One of my cats loves the wall I built for them. The other is afraid of these steps.

Great product!! These are very easy to put together and made with great quality. The only downfall is the sturdiness when it comes to attaching it to the wall. I would suggest using different screws than what comes with it.

My cat used this for the first time. I used the screws that were provided to put everything together. I had to use more beefy screws to attach it to the wall because it was barley in the stud. Once my cat was on it she went to jump to the next one and the screws just stripped out and the step was hanging

The pre-drilled holes are on the wrong sides making them left sided instead of right sided. The step poss are much smaller than the picture depicts, my 2 year old cat will barely be able to squeeze on them.

Works for what we wanted. Only problem not very stable. Added wood glue to stop the steps from wobbling.

I may contact the company. One of them was made very wrong. The steps aren’t straight at all. It is wobbling all the wall because the pre-drilled holes are too deep. I’m bummed!

My cats love using these, but they were too loose on the wall. We fixed the problem by drilling extra holes and using our own higher quality wall anchors.
