Great Cameras
I was in the market for POE "weather cams", I wanted one at every corner of the house. Ordered one as a "trial"; it worked great and so I ordered 3 more. Easy to set up and get working and VERY configurable. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the manual was a bit disorganized.

Very good quality
The quality and setup to an amcrest NVR was plug and play. For those that want to configure and setup other features it has plenty of IVS features and setting. Very good low light capabilities, in fact since installing it hasn’t switched to night vision due to the fact the area it’s installed has enough visible light to cleanly show night images. I would say the only downside is the small sun shade but not even a operational concern to worry about. Overall very satisfied ended up buying 10 more for the rest of the business.

Easy setup great image
I love the fact you do not need internet, or a cell phone to set this up. Just a DHCP server and a web browser. Find the IP, point to browser and you are set up.Image quality GREAT!!

Buy appropriate cable. Not same camera as comes with NVR
I'm using an 8-port Amcrest NVR. Bought these to extend usage to backyard. They do not work with Amcrest 150 foot Cat 7 cable. Still not using because I have to prep and run Cat 6 cable with terminals.I have parts and equipment, but running Cat 6 is going to be a pain, and simply haven't got around to it yet. They may work fine, I have no idea. Also, I wanted the same cameras that came with the NVR. These aren't.

Great product and great support
I bought 4 Amcrest IP PoE cameras for my house and they were very easy to install and setup. I have them wire connected to a TP Link switch with 8 gigabit PoE ports and have also downloaded the Amcrest View Pro App and everything works great. I can see different angles of my home from anywhere in the world either connected to a wifi network or 4g_5g networks during daylight or at night. When it comes to support I had an issue with remote access related to IP configuration on my side and I contacted them by email. They were very professional answering my questions and helped me resolve it on a timely manner. When you buy tech devices, support becomes VERY important and in my case I could witness it with a good feeling. So I'm a happy customer and I definitely recommend Amcrest.

Amcrest seems to be the best supported IP POE camera out there
I've had many IP cameras over the years, connected to many different surveillance applications (QNAP Surveillance Station, Zoneminder, Netcam Studio, Frigate, iSpy, many more...). I have settled on Frigate for about 2 years now, mostly because of its AI capabilities utilizing a TPU, MQTT and HTTP APIs, and lack of false positives from the camera's point of view. But throughout those years of trying many different cameras on those many different systems, I realized early on that no application runs very reliably if the cameras aren't stable. RTSP is a complex protocol, with a great deal of dependencies on the RTSP standard, of which many camera manufacturers don't follow precisely (especially ReoLink!).Amcrest cameras, while not the cheapest, are by far the most reliable and stable cameras that I have tried in the open-source IP camera surveillance world. Customer support is at worst always there, and always responsive. They have easy to find firmware libraries, also allowing you to downgrade if the latest update breaks something in your setup, and finally they are the only ONVIF capable camera I have encountered to offer an RTMP push to streaming servers, a great way to proxy a source to many different protocols, applications and systems.I am slowly replacing all of my cameras (GWSecurity, Reolink, Anpviz, SV3C, Jennov, Dahua) with the comparable Amcrest version. 4 down only 10 to go. To be fair Duhua was the best of these other cameras, closely followed by GWSecurity). But I want all of my cameras to use the identical RTSP protocols for compatibilities sake.Anyone want to buy a used CheapChinese camera?
