Seems very sturdy. Mounted on drywall with the provided screws and anchors and seems very secure. I am sure that over time due to the force of pulling the handle down it might loosen and need to be remounted but that is to be expected if not mounted on wood. Found the trick to crushing cans more easily and not having them pop out onto the floor - with your fingers slightly dent two sides of the can before inserting into the crusher (keep the dented sides of the can on the sides of the can crusher as you insert). Takes much less force to crush the can and it does not fly out of the slot. Probably crushed a couple of hundred cans so far and no issues with the crusher. Nothing lasts forever but seems like this will keep going for quite a long time.

This is a very good can crusher. It is very well made, all steel construction. Works well. Simple to operate. Our grand kids want to drink soda just to be able to crush the can.

Bought this to help get rid of my husband's massive hoard of pop cans. The entire front of my garage was full of cans. Literally like 20 to 30 trash bags full. I've crushed hundreds of them for hours so they would fit in the recycling bins and this little baby is still crushing them like a champ. Some cans do start to crush at a funny angle and come flying out so be careful with larger 12oz cans and some of the thicker cans. You do need to have some strong arm muscles for this since it uses your own strength to crush the can. The foam grip material at the bottom also gets ruined almost immediately by the repeated pressing of the cans against it.

It's decent. I crushed about $50 worth of recycling with it in a day.The handle is garbage though, just foam it needs a stiff handle for structural integrity. The wobbles transfer to the sliding rails and will wear it out faster. In fact it already is acting up. I'll update after finding a scrap piece of pvc or metal tubing that'll fit.For most peoole its easier to pay the extra $5 and buy a crusher that's better out of the box.Also the steel is good enough, this crusher will hopefully last a year or two of crushing a 12 pack a day.

The media could not be loaded. Love this! So easy to install and really works well 😃Mega value for money, not like the cheaper ones, compact size yet fits big cans. Excellent stability and sturdiness. Made a massive difference to our recycling!!

I was the only one who wanted this at first but I don't get to use it now! They all love using this crusher. It's well made and does an excellent job

I like the product and it was easy enough to install with the four screws provided (into a piece of wood). However, my power driver was not very happy with the screw heads, probably a user issue. Next, the mechanism creates a lot of friction and only works remotely smoothly with some dry lube sprayed into the mechanism’s channels. Much better after that and I like it. The freebie can cooler/grip thing is simple and nice. The cans get crushed into a flatish shape, not like a pancake but flat enough for a committed drinker to hide the evidence in a wheelie bin after the required elbow action on this device. Works best on whole cans (vs those slightly crushed in the middle to evidence drink completion to others). Great.

Not sure where to fix it, probably buy another! That or stop using tins

Put up on the kitchen and great for 330ml drink cans and 440 ml drink cans crushability very good but not practical for product cans eg beans or food Tins but good for the others. Thanks 👍
