Q: Would this be ok for a diaper bag?

I think it would work well for a diaper bag. The bigger inside compartment is roomy and could hold diapers, the side pockets could hold a bottle/water bottle, and the front pockets could hold your smaller items. This bag is very durable and well made! I get so many compliments on it, I’m using it as my daily purse and it is holding up very well.

Q: Are the zippers plastic?

These zippers might be a very SUPER hard plastic, like so hard that you can’t tell that they are plastic. That is how they are on mine. I have the checkered one. I constantly zip mine open and closed multiple times a day. I’ve never even thought about what substance they are made of. They are just normal zippers to me, whatever that means. I will be happy to answer any other questions about this bag. I love mine.
