I bought this as my backup for my filtration system. I have used the system for over a year now and the first filter actually lasted 10 months. I was thrilled as the information had said it should last about a year. The water here is well water and has a high concentration of calcium. The Waterdrop system and filters have consistently filtered water with TDS at 100+ to TDS at 30-40 during that 10 months of daily usage. I admit to using the system to provide drinking water and water for tea and coffee only. I highly recommend the system and filters.

Waterdrop websites filters were sold out but good Ole Amazon delivered just in time. These filters last a really long time.

This water filter really works. When replacing the old cartridge, I can see it’s done its job—catching all the algae. With the new filter, the water tastes noticeably fresher. I’ll definitely keep purchasing this product regularly.

Waterdrop brand makes good products with guarantees. I have been using this filter for 2nd year now, all is good! Save me a lot of money on water. Save your money on bottled water, water filter and keep our planet cleaner

I purchased this water filter in June because the product page says it is the same as the original filter and can last up to one year. However, it has only been less than six months, and the water has already started to taste strange—almost the same as unfiltered tap water. Clearly, the filter is no longer working properly. This is very disappointing and feels misleading based on the product description. I would like a refund or a replacement, as the filter definitely did not last as long as advertised.

With the original filter I was able to get below 15ppm, now with this filter I was only to get 20-25 ppm. Update: Waterdrop reached out to me and sent me a replacement free of charge. I tested the new filter and I was able to reach below 20 ppm. I can say that I am very satisfied with waterdrop customer service.

Efficace je recommande fait parfaitement, il faut vider le réservoir avant utilisation ( faire un drainage)

Good I guess, you just have to trust the manufacturer or test the filtered water rich is costly

Overpriced for a crappy device. Do yourself a favour and by anoth brand.
