Slightly disappointed as didn't quite live up to my high expectations.The good bits…The design is nice and thin. Overall the leather is a reasonable quality and I like the natural tan colour and finish, it looks good and is nice to use. The iPad clips in securely and the holes for the camera, charger and mic all align up well.And the average bits…There is a small unnatural dent on the back cover caused by something being pressed in to it when I first received it and the leather has a raised ridge across the back due the leather being an inconsistent thickness (I know leather is a natural product but the ridge is quite noticeable and can be distracting when your handling it). The leather around the spine also feels a little odd as it's not fully bonded so when open it seems to sag in the middle excessively. The auto off doesn't always work when closed either as there's a little movement so the magnet doesn't align up every time. Worth noting that despite the above points I still felt it was worth keeping.After using daily for around a month it still looks like new.

Excellent, top quality product. I bought this for an iPad air at the same time as I bought a replacement cover for our older but still serviceable iPad 2, but the latter from a different manufacturer. Both do the job extremely well in terms of fit and function but the Torro case is much the more pleasant to feel, hold, use and yes, look at. It is very handsome in what feels and looks like very good quality leather. Amongst the reasons for buying Apple products are their superb design and quality; we then have to cover them to protect these looks. Why not then cover them with something which has the same feel and sense of quality and works with a similar efficiency and effectiveness? The Torro does all the things you want a case to do, such as form a stand, switch off as it closes and has a soft inner covering that will not scratch your investment. It fits precisely and securely with no exposed edges and the leather looks as though it would offer a shock absorbing cushion should you happen to drop it. I don't recommend doing that, of course, but it is nice to have the reassurance! I cannot recommend it enough!

I cannot speak too highly of this company. They make a first class product which is very design conscious and the quality is exceptional. I purchased my first Torro case when I bought a new iPhone 6 Plus. I wanted something substantial that would fully protect my new phone without it being too bulky, was made of real leather, was of good quality and looked good. This case fulfilled all of those criteria. The icing on the cake was the price - I could not believe that I could get such a good quality, design conscious case for the price of this one. I have had the case for a year now, it has been in constant use every day and looks as good as the day I received it. I decided to treat myself to a new iPad Air case and this time decided to go for the brown colour. I was thrilled when I received it as the colour is lovely and the front cover folds back so you can easily hold it in one hand and also stand it upright without having to hold it should you wish to watch a film or read a book.

I was recently given an iPad Air as a gift, and wanting to make sure it's in perfect condition for as long as possible I searched for a suitable case for it. The TORRO stood out for me on Amazon. The product looked great in the pictures and certainly wasn't cheap, but if you've got £500 of kit to look after, cheap isn't what you want !When the TORRO was delivered (one day service with delivery on Sunday - excellent service Amazon), I was even more impressed with the quality, strength, style of the cover. It is beautiful ! Strong, plush, sleek, really impressive. The iPad fits in easily and snugly with no chance of accidentally coming out, and the folding front cover creates the perfect stand for viewing films, or pop it over and it's the perfect angle for typing. With its magnetic inserts as well, close the cover and your iPad switches off saving valuable power drain.I am so impressed with this product, its quality and style, I'm now looking to replace my iPhone cover for a TORRO cover - I sure do hope they do an iPhone cover.

Bought new, it arrived with a long scratch in the leatherThe plastic backplate was also bent slightlyThe case is flimsy. The leather is thin and so is the backplate. It isn't strong. It should have been made of metal not plasticThis is the third Torro product I've bought. The first two also had the same problem. They were phone cases where the lids were bent and didn't close properly, and the leather was thin and low qualityThe leather isn't premium. It's not thick full grain where you can see and feel the hair grain. This leather has been sanded down to remove most of the hair grain. That means a thinner less durable leather thats more bendableThe front cover also looks really bad with the logo cut out of the leather. If you want to put a company logo on somewhere, emboss it on the inside suede or gold foil it. Don't cut it out of the leather

I was wanting a hard wearing, good quality leather case for my Apple iPad Air which was a very special gift from my husband so I wanted to take good care of it. Unfortunately, this case by Torro is not very user friendly. First and foremost, the interior plastic casing broke at both the top and bottom, probably due to me frequently removing the iPad from the case to take photos as the hole for the camera lens is situated in the wrong place, half covering it up.The leather is heavy and bulky; the thickness prevents my iPad fitting into my charging stand and the extra weight isn't appreciated by my handbag!The stand doesn't actually work so I have always hand held my iPad to use it.It's very expensive for what it is.The leather has worn badly. I won't be buying another one of these. Not a product I can recommend.
