Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights for Exercise and Muscle Toning

Bought these for my girlfriend, she like them.

Good weight for aerobic exercise. Nice grip. Easy to clean.

Great size for my age 70 ,to exercise to build muscle in my upper arms that are starting to hang down and just from not moving my arms as often that I should before my exercise session begins. I love them even my small grandkids exercise with them lol

Well the dog really likes them unfortunately. Picked these really light weights up for my physical therapy after shoulder reconstruction they are starting me out really light. The size is pretty small almost don't fit in my hand could be a half an inch wider. I like the rubber or neoprene coating they aren't slippery which is good with my half numb hand and horrible grip strength. The dog decided to chew the coating off of one in day 2, which was shocking he's such a good dog but the size shape and texture is similar to alot of his toys. So probably by mistake vet said its not toxic so all is well. I sprayed them with bitter spray and don't leave them under the coffee table anymore. As we look at the insides we should not see 😆 it's a standard iron weight with a generous textured coating.

These dumbbells are great for a beginner friendly workout, the valuator money is great and the durability lasts a lifetime, very comfortable to workout with. 100% recommend!

Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights 1 lb. Perfect for my needs. However, I can see where these would be uncomfortable for some people to hold. Inside measurement small only 3-1/4", so would be hard to hold if your hand is larger across palm than that (think like if you would measure your hand for a glove).

Just received yesterday to do my physical therapy at home. They are nice and just right weight to strengthen wrist and fingers.

Purchased it for Rs 249 from Cloudtail. It is good for beginners for physiotherapy. The material is good and gives you a firm grip. All in all a good product.

The product is good .However it looked big in the pictures but in real it's small and not very heavy.
