LEKATOMini Amp 5W Rechargeable Electric Amp with Clean&Overdrive Effects, Bluetooth - Orange

I was looking for a travel amp to take on a trip to Israel and so I checked the usual offerings from the usual suspects (mini Fender, Marshal, Orange, and Spark MINI). For the price, I thought I'd give this little amp a try and I'm glad I did. It's half the price or less than the others, small and packable, the build quality seems solid, and it'll work great for my purposes. It doesn't get very loud, but I didn't really expect to play clubs with it. I would say that it can't get as loud as someone playing a dreadnought acoustic guitar with full gusto, but it makes a travel electric guitar sound very similar in loudness to a normal acoustic guitar, which is what I was aiming for. It's a two channel amp also which is cool so you can get some pretty good clean sounds from it, or distortion if you like. Unlike something like the Pignose, the distortion doesn't come from blowing the speaker out, but rather there really is an increase in gain knob so you can get nice distortion sounds even at low volume.

The last tiny amp I bought was one of those 9 volt Marshalls from the 90's. I used it to check cables, but not for much playing.This little amp is great! I played my P bass into and out comes clean bass! (at talking volume, not loud enough to use for much else than practice). I tried the gain channel, but have no comments about it, since I only used my bass.It charged up just like it should. The Bluetooth connection worked fine, and the aux volume control is a nice feature. It can of course be used as a BT speaker on its own if you need one. The BT volume is similar to the little speakers you can buy.It has kind of sticky rubber on the bottom so a guitar cable does not pull it around. It is really light.My idea is to leave it on the nightstand in case I decide I need to play in the middle of the night.For the money, this is a clear winner.

It's plastic and a bit scratchy for sound but for the cost it allows some decent sound and mobility. USB type C charger cable included. Works fine with wireless guitar receiver. Also has it's own Bluetooth. Hand shown for sizing.

Awesome little amp

This is a great little portable amp for the price! I was comparing this to some of the bigger name brand portables out there like Marshall and Orange, but landed on this because I didn't necessarily need the best sound quality and didn't want to spend a fortune on something that's just for me to practice on. I couldn't be more pleased with this buy. It's small but LOUD and the clarity is better than I would have expected. Also, the rechargeable batteries are a huge plus rather than having to keep feeding it 9V batteries. The battery life is actually quite long - I've played for 2-3 hours straight and never depleted the charge.It's also great as a backup bluetooth speaker just to play music through!

It feels as good as it looks, nice solid construction. The sound isn't that great. It lacks bass response to the point it's a little uncomfortable on the ears. I don't expect deep bass from something like this, but there isn't even a little. I've heard better bass on smaller speakers.

Easy to use, sound quality was better than expected, though lacking some punch, but perfect for practice sessions or for kids. My only complaint would be that I wish the headphone jack was on the front, and I’d prefer a dedicated power button, versus built in to the volume knob.

I use this for my keyboard and electric guitar, and it works fine. I love this amp. It’s tiny and very portable. It’s lighter than I thought, but it feels sturdy. A sleek design and easy interface make the experience enjoyable. I would suggest using it for quieter practicing, like at nighttime. The sound quality isn’t great, but you’re getting what you paid for. If you play more than two or three notes at a time (on certain synth-y settings for the keyboard), the audio gets very muddy and distorted. Do not use for preforming, just for practice. Favorite part is the price point. It does the job well considering all of the factors.
