Combo Desert Moon

So I bought this back in 2001 and I'm still using it today. Super strong, built to last and can hold serious weight. Me and my hubby can lie in it..all my kids have. Solid sturdy comes on a good strong bag and dead easy to assemble and comfortable .. one of the best items we ever bought ..

True the hammock itself does not guarantee the weather on a tropical island but it really is so relaxing lying in it, sensing the natural swing and watching the clouds go by. The hammock stand is very easy to put together with just five poles that slot onto one and other. Simple screws keep everything in place and are easy to fit. The whole thing can be constructed in a matter of minutes with only one person. There are two hooks that screw into the arms of the stand. These can be positioned at different heights to adjust the height of the hammock. The hammock itself is made of nice thick cotton with sturdy looking ropes. It is designed as a double hammock and comfortably took two adults sitting in it together. Personally I enjoy my hammock to myself (terrible I know) and find there is a little bit extra fabric than is needed. Although in the less than predictable UK weather I found it nice to wrap myself up in the extra layers. The whole thing can be packed away into the enclosed storage bag. As long as you store everything in neatly it will be fine. You can then carry around the bag but it is fairly heavy so would suggest limiting this to moving it from the shed/garage to the garden! Personally I haven’t wanted to leave the stand out in the rain and have chosen to pack it away each night. I’m sure it would withstand some weathering but I have opted to keep it dry. This is a bit of an extravagant purchase but it’s so relaxing and worth every penny. The quality is great and I love that it can be packed away when not in use.

I bought this hammock in 2020!! It has been out every summer for 6 years and is as good as new pretty much. The fabric is still perfect, no holes, tears or weak spots. The frame is still holding fine, no issues at all, no rust or problem areas. So comfortable (pro tip, I lay on it across it, not end to end!), I have this out every summer, all summer, no matter the weather. Absolutely recommend!

1- So easy and quick to mount it’s actually incredible. And also thanks to the bag it’s really easy to store and transport. I’ll definitely will take it down to the park! 2- The bag is beautiful and well made! It also have an inside pocket for screws and looks very well made. Also the colour looks like it means business! 3- It’s large and the colour is very nice. I was scared that the colour would be on the faded side instead it’s really nice. 4- The hammock is really large and you could also nest sideways and use it as a chair for more people. I haven’t tried being inside it with my partner yet but I’m really excited to! 5- Every piece is well made and conceived and it has a nice plaque with the bread on the structure. Overall I’m really happy. I have a communal garden so I’ll have to keep on mounting it and dismounting it but I’m sure it’ll keep well. It’s sturdy and I can see attention to the detail. I will update if my opinion will change.

This is a fantastic hammock. The frame is really easy to put together and very sturdy but still lightweight. I’ve had mine for two years now and having left it out all sumner twice, the frame is showing absolutely no sign of rusting/weathering. It is easy to pack away with a nice quality bag, which is also fairly compact if you want to take it away on holiday. The actually hammock is a nice quality weave and very strong as well: best hammock I’ve had by a long way and would definitely purchase again as and when a new one is needed. Great choice of colours/designs as well. Well worth the money at full price, an absolute steal at sale prices.

Bought this as a birthday present for my little girl who loves playing in a hammock at forest school. She was thrilled with it but was upset that the rainbow one she'd asked for (and I'd ordered) was actually the desert moon colour delivered. When I tried to get in touch with someone, all I got was amazon's policy of either return or refund which is a lot of hassle to send the full heavy box back instead of just the hammock. Anyway, little one was so desperate to play in her hammock that she didn't mind the colour at the time but now all she goes on about is that it's not a rainbow. We've all had a go in it and it is sturdy and very easy to put up so definitely worth the money spent.

Absolutely fantastic hammock! I was able to assemble it quickly within about ten minutes of its arrival and enjoy the sun in comfort. The hammock is very comfortable and is made of double woven cotton which is heavy duty and will last a very long time, also the stand is good quality and does not look like it will buckle or collapse like some of the cheaper variants you can get in shops. I would highly recommend this as it is a great quality hammock that you could easily use inside to sleep in if you had the room available.

Je l'ai pris pour sa robustesse et je suis conquise! Etant en grand surpoids, je voulais quelque chose de solide et avec ses 207kg de poids max annoncé, c'est est possible!! Tissus de bonne qualité, le pied semble très solide mais pas lourd à transporter! Et le plus non négligeable c'est son étuis de rangement!!! N'hésitez pas, vous passerez un excellent été dedans!

Je cherchais un hamac d'un très bon rapport qualité prix, j'ai suivi les conseils d'une IA, eh bien je ne suis pas déçu, bien au contraire... C'est la première fois que j'achetais ce type de produit, je suis ravi de celui-ci. Montage très facile et intelligemment conçu, avec des matériaux de très bonne qualité. Le tissu est en 100% coton, très confortable. Le hamac est réglable en hauteur, en fonction du poids. Sac de rangement pratique. Bref, tout est bien pensé, pour un prix ultra intéressant. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Vraiment très content.
