This chair came wrapped in perfect condition. Nothing was scratched, ripped or broken at all and all the parts were there. It took me about 5 minutes to assemble it. Oh and yes, the footrest was there because I paid for one with a footrest. Not all of these chairs come with a footrest, so if you paid for the less expensive one without a footrest, then you will not have one. The directions are probably the same for all of them, whether you purchased one with or without a footrest. I also want to mention the the chair is very nice looking and looks like it is very good quality as well. I purchased this chair to do my crafts and as soon as I sat in it I had no regrets. It is extremely comfortable and I can see myself sitting in it for long periods with no back or leg pain. I purchased the one with the back and I am very glad I did. I am so happy I purchased this chair. I'm sure it will make a big difference with my back pain and take a lot of stress off of my legs as well. I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a saddle chair.

I am a stylist and I broke my foot. Needed to be able to work but stay off my foot more. This worked great even though my foot is healed, I still use to do long hair cuts. I often sit on it when my back hurts to correct my posture as well. Well made and worked as described. Adjustable, comfortable. Heavy enough to not tip over. Great product.

My other chair wasn't the "saddle" type; I've slid off of it. This one is all metal, and there is no cheap plastic footrest like some. The only negative thing is that, as a guy, when you reach down forward to pick something up, it kind of hurts in the groin area.

Very uncomfortable

This chair is so comfortable and good quality. Helps my body not hurt, having to sit a lot during my work day. Also easy to assemble.

The chair is OK, for some reason the hydraulic to move the chair up and down is stuck in place :( I tried everything to get it unstuck.Update: the company proactively reached out and sent me another hydraulic lift.

Comfortable and easy to assemble. Good weeks allow me to roll across the office easily. The chair is well cushioned and takes up much less space than a typical office chair. Several adjustments for comfort and height specifications and within my price range

Thought I was buying a mid range chair. Mind you, I’ve only had it a week so far, but it has turned out to be far better product than I expected. I’m a tattoo artist that lives on and off (mostly on) with back pain from all the hunching/leaning over. With the backrest of the chair raised all the way up, and then locked in at about half way or so, I can sit on the chair backwards with the backrest supporting my chest. This allows me to relax my back FAR more often, and after a week or so, I’d say over 50% of my back pain has gone. I’m not sure if they advertise using the chair like this, but I need to share nonetheless. Lastly, sitting in the chair with the backrest down and locked forward, or mostly forward, offers incredible support as well, for when I’m not sitting in a hunched position. This review is too long already, so I won’t go into how the quality is easily double the value as well. Just buy one! ((And maybe a set of of the rollerblades wheels to go with it, alright I’m done.))

Stool arrived with scratches and some broken pieces

I'm a lash artist and my work position always kills my back but the support that this chair provides is amazing! I've been working more hours than usual and my back feels just great!AND my friend is a nail tech and she has the same one (she got it before me) and she also love it!I'm giving 4 stars only cause they delivered my package at the wrong floor so I had to make a 1000 calls to get my item.

We love this chair but it started to crack a few months after having it. It does not impact the function of the chair but does not look professional. I can't find a way to contact the company about it as we would like to see about a replacement part.
