Though I have tried many supplements for pain relief in both my knees, this is the BEST!!! Since I am not a candidate for knee replacement surgery; however, my orthopedic surgeon informed me that I have the beginnings of arthritis in both knees and offered cortisone shots (which I refused). This particular supplement works very well for me and I have no residual side effects and no pain throughout my day. There was a time I skipped two days after administering this supplement after 3 months and by the third day, I started to feel slight pressure in my knees...Needless to say, started back taking this particular supplement and have not stopped. As stated earlier, the BEST!!! No Pain or pressure. The capsules are so easy to swallow and I to take two for the day though it should be three and it works for me!!! BTW - it's broadspectrum and not harsh tasting. Boswellia is a healer along with the tumeric and ginger. LOVELY!!!

Potent effective supplement for a reasonable price.

I sent off for it and it arrived two days later. This is the first time I have tried the product so I can't address or evaluate the product itself. All I can say at this point is that I've taken two and it hasn't killed me.

I have to have upper neck surgery in two weeks. This is the first product that has relieved my pain!. That is why I ordered it. Better that any prescription.

My rating for the product itself is 4 stars. It is a very good alternative to NSAIDs when taken consistently.

I have suffering from arthritis in the knees and feet for awhile.This week it became extremely sore and hard to walk with the pain. I purchased HCL after a lot of research The tablets arrived yesterday and I took one to start off. At the end of the day I noticed the pain was easing and the next day less pain.My cousin has arthritic finger joints which are very painful as well. She took a tablet today and by the end of the day she told me I can't believe it my fingers are not so painful.I can't wait to see the results after two weeks.WOW what a product!!!!
