Q: Is the plastic safe for growing food? Does it contain anything that can dissolve into the soil slowly and has health risk?

Safe? They are plastic so they don’t dissolve. I used them last year and I’m still here so guess they are safe. The issue is that they bend. Not overly impressed.

Q: How many stakes in a pack?

I ordered a set of 50 and another set of 35. Hope this helps

Q: Are the stake tops covered/sealed (so rain cannot get in) or an open tube?

Their hollow metal tubes covered in green plastic sealed on Top pointed on the bottom once you hammer them into the ground the seal will break

Q: Are these a bright green (Miracle-Gro color) or olive green color?

They are more of an olive green. Or maybe a Hunter green. They are a little more green than my tomato and cucumber plants. I don’t have any trouble finding them in the garden boxes and the plants don’t seem to mind what shade of green they are. Kind of a perfect world.
