Rule 25D Submersible Bilge Pump, 500 Gallon Per Hour, 12 Volt DC, Non-Automatic,Red/White/Blue

This pump has been 6 months outside in a rainwater butt, refilling our toilet cistern whenever we flush. It works perfectly. The power leads were only just long enough to emerge from the water due to the depth of the pump in the water butt. If an outlet adapter had been included for my 8/11mm hose I would have given it 6 stars.

I bought this handy little device to drain standing water out of our garden, and it works a treat. I attached a few layers of garden netting over the business end with a rubber band to stop it sucking up solid objects, and I power it from a 12 V car battery. The outlet fits easily into 20 mm pond hose. As the pump is sealed, it can simply be dropped into the flooded area and left submerged. The only slight inconvenience is that it needs a fuse, which is not provided.

Excellent pump. Using it on my allotmenet with a lithium battery. Needs better and longer cabling with some form of standard plug to connect easier to a power supply. Once you have a plug you can adapt it but with just two wires there is a bit of work to do.

I bought this item to do a specific job its so small but really does pump 500GPH really good little pump i would recommend.

Found this to be a very good product, Looks to be of robust construction and should last a long time.
