Perfect for my wrangler 2020

This came with no assembly or installation instructions. It also doesn’t sit totally flat so my foot sits at an angle which I don’t like. Probably wouldn’t buy it again, I’d go with a more expensive one.

I opted to purchase this dead pedal for my 2022 Wrangler 4XE. I know the kit says it does not work on the 4XE, but after investigating the pedals that said that they do work on the 4XE I noticed that the only difference is that they included an extension for the bolt on the Jeep. On the 4XE the bolt for attaching the dead pedal is inset into a plastic hole. I was able to purchase an extension nut and a threaded section of rod at Ace Hardware for about $3 and the pedal works perfectly! I would recommend using some locktight on the bolts since any pedal could be very dangerous if it came off while driving. Overall, a great pedal for the price. As a final note, if you have short legs this pedal might be a little too far away from your foot when installed on a 4XE specifically.

I recently had knee surgery and found it very uncomfortable and even painful to drive my new jeep. I needed a steady place to rest my foot until I was fully healed. Being 6'+ my for fires all the way to the floor and it's narrow and sloped to the side. Not cool. This pedal super easy install and now that I'm fully healed, it's still great. Hey jeep you should do this from the factory.

This is a horrible product with useless instructions. A nightmare to put together unless your fingers are the size of children's. The instructional video is so fast for what is a rather complicated assembly that it's more or less useless. Once assembled, there are zero instructions about how to attach it to the vehicle. The package contained no instructions at all. Looking at the underside of the dash, you can figure out which bolt is the likely recipient of the pedal, but even then, the bolt is recessed so it doesn't work anyway. I waited a while after purchase before trying to install and now I'm out the money because I've passed the deadline for return. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you are an experienced mechanic and have tiny fingers. It's a throw-away!!
