The media could not be loaded.  Heats the room up perfectly. Slim line design & the fact I can turn it on through the app on my phone before I get home & the house is warm when we get there, is the cherry on the cake!! 👌

I received this electric heater recently and I have been using it for more than a week now. It took me minutes to unpack it and get it running. The only reservation I have about the body of the heater is that it lacks wheels which makes it quite difficult to move around. Wheels are a very easy and essential feature especially for a heater that can get very hot. Apart from this small downside, I think the heater is really well-designed and looks quite modern with a sleek design.The heater connects easily to the app. There is a QR code to download the app and get the heater to connect with the phone. Equally, it took me seconds to add this device to my Alexa account, and now I can easily ask the assistant to turn it on or change the temperature.All in all, very lovely heater!

We bought 2 of these heaters for our garden cabin - when both are running they are good at heating the area, but after having them just over a year, one of the heaters stopped emitting heatPrincess support advised the thermostat had gone and this seemed to correlate with the room temperature reading on the app claiming 255 degrees C.After batting responsibility back and forth between seller and manufacturer, Amazon refunded us and we bought a new heater but straight out of the box, the heater would not connect to the WiFi installation for the app which is a key function for us as we like to control and set schedules etc.Again, onto the manufacturers support team and discovered we could not even do a reset on the unit which they diagnosed was a faulty chip so would have to send back...Don't know where these are manufactured but so far the experience has shown poor build quality and left us contemplating whether to get a 3rd unit at all or go with a different productExtremely frustrating, not helped in the slightest by Amazon eitherFYI The app is very basic to use and lacks a lot of options for heating schedules, minimum constant temperature is 15 degrees so if you wanted to make them frostguard heaters they won't work like that.Due to th3 way the panels are built, where you should be able to fix components on products that wear over time, you can't replace the thermostat etc. Which is really frustrating and does not feel built to lastI'd avoid
