Does the job, however, it is really painful to remove even though I follow the instruction correctly :(

This is a great product. I hadn't run for a month because of achilles tendinitis. This was also affecting my horse riding when in rising trot. This week I have completed both activities pain free! The tape is easy to apply and stays in place. Highly recommended!

I bought this for Tennis Elbow. I've used the videos I've found online to position it where people recommend. I've also tried several other ways. I find that they all end up causing more pain. But that proves that the tape is working, and I'm just not yet able to position it in a useful place. So my guess is that when you get it right, it's good. It adheres to the skin perfectly. Bit of a struggle to clean off the residue when you take off the tape, but that's probably inevitable when the tape does its job well.
