Cho-Pat Small Black Original Knee Strap

Worn these for years comfortable and definitely keeps me running.

This was a dumb thing my chiropractor recommended. Useless.

The Cho-Pat Original Knee Strap is an amazing support. It greatly helps stabilize the knee, couldn't do without it when my knee 'goes off'. Any reviews that say the velcro part bothers them have most likely put it on in a way to cause this. I suggest wearing it with the label on the knee side, (back of leg of course but with label toward body rather than away), and being sure you have the correct size and adjustment. I have never had that problem when I do this correctly. I love these straps!

I don't pretend to know how it works, but wrapped under my right kneecap, it stops icepick-stabbing pain. X-rays and MRIs reveal no visible problem with my knee, but the pain is debilitating when I wake up and try to get out of bed; or stand for a moment, then resume walking; or getting up from a seated position. When used, the sharp stabbing pain is reduced to a manageable dull ache. In fact, I'm going to order two more after I submit this review.

Now I am trying to get in touch with Amazon to return this because apparently it can’t be returned for some reason. Basically this strap went bad after couple of times of usage; it does not hold anymore.For this amount of money you should be able to find better.
