We use this every time our 3 year old gets a stuffy nose. It helps keep her airways clear so she can breathe comfortably, especially overnight. No side effects that we’ve noticed, and stopping before the 3 day limit has worked to prevent dependency.

Very good for low dose adult use

My 2 year old was having trouble breathing at night. I've tried saline spray, the nose frida (both of which he hates), even baby vapor rub, and nothing really made a huge difference. He still sleeps with a pacifier and not being able to breathe through his nose meant he was waking up crying at night. Found this and it made such a huge improvement. I don't use it too often (they say it can get addicting), but when he's really stuffed up, I use this.

Works really well on toddlers to allow them to breathe and sleep well at night. Two-three spreads before bedtime lasts all night.

Saves me for when my 4 year old has a cold and needs to breathe at night to sleep.
