Overall the stand is good value for money and when assembled, is sturdy enough for its' purpose. One or two faults that I felt could be improved on a little, some of the pegs fitted loosely and tended to fall out so I glued them in permanently, also the stand could have been a little taller, but all in all a useful gadget.

Good value product

Complete tack. Doesn't fit together properly. Wobbles all the time. It's FAR too small to be of any use. Too low, not enough space on the dowel "arms", even if they decide not to drop off! The wood is probably worth less than 50p. The concept, if it on a much grander scale i.e. 6 times bigger and of a much higher quality, would be great. Alas, this isn't the case. The only way it is of any use (to me, at least) is to sprawl as many strands of pasta as possible across the whole of the top surface but even then, with the pasta hanging down over each side, you have to cut the strands short enough so as not to touch the work-top. Also, I find it impossible to fit more than one (modest) portion of pasta on this contraption at any one time. In a word : useless. I gave it one star purely because the parts that don't drop off can easily be pulled off and used to kindle a BBQ. I now use a piece of string hanging between two cupboards. I can now dry at least 8 portions at a time, for 1p!!! Don't make the mistake I did... It looks pretty good on the screen but, in my opinion, that's where it should stay.

very handy tool this its great

This is a good gizmo and perfect for the purpose, although a bit pricey for some machine cut bits of wood in my view. I used to ram wooden spoons into kitchen drawers but now my tagliatelle hangs safely and dries properly. There are two small challenges about this item, it's a nuisance to store because it takes up lots of room and the push and plug fit for the poles are too loose so I had to get the wood glue out, other than that it's a winner.

Along with the pasta machine and spaghetti making attachment this has turned out to be so useful. Great item and well priced.
