Hello. A few of the stones are cracked upon arrival , can I get a replacement for those ? I want to keep but disappointed some stones are broke

I got diamond stones afterwards for mine. The stones were pretty cheap in my opinion.

Are higher quality stones of the correct size available? What about diamond stones?

Yes I got some here on Amazon that are mounted to aluminum plates and they work awesome!

What is the lowest angle this sharpener can reach?

I've achieved 14° on my larger knives,(Santoku, 8" chef, cleaver). I haven't tried a smaller knife like a paring knife or pocket knife, but I doubt I could achieve less than 18° on either because of the mounting clamps.
