I've been using my laptop for almost a year now and I'm more than happy. I'm not going to comment on windows 11, no point, but only on the laptop. It's lovely & fast & I love the fact I can do several things at once with no issues. Plenty of RAM, more storage than I need and more than fast enough. I particularly love the build quality, and materials, they're spot on. It's a little heavier than it looks, but that because it's made of aluminium, but I love that! It's cold to touch which keeps the machine cooler when in use. I do love the foldable keyboard and touchscreen too. Although I don't fold it so often, it's a handy thing to have when needed. Now the screen is brilliant. It's 16" & not the usual 15.6" which makes a huge difference surprisingly. The colours are so vibrant and clear, and you think you're watch a TV when viewing media. I love my laptop...!

This laptop comes with a big 16 inch display. Please note that it is very reflective but can be sorted with a screen protector. All the specs are as described, worth mentioning the model I received was not WUXGA (as titled when I bought it) but 16IAU7. The warranty was about to expire as mentioned by others but easy to remedy and reset to the purchase date using the Lenovo app that comes pre-installed. On my computer the backlit keyboard was not working but Lenovo sent a technician to my home in 3 days who sorted it in about an hour. Very good warranty service.The DRAM is clocked at 4267 MHz, as not mentioned in the description, so better than I expected.The fingerprint reader is not optimal but works well enough and can be over-ridden.Also, S Mode is extremely easy to change into normal Windows in about 2 minutes, however is a permanent change, ie. you cant go back if changed.

The media could not be loaded. Purchasing an £800 laptop feels like an utter waste of money. The biggest issue with this laptop is its screen, which has serious quality problems. While the computer's response speed is indeed fast and its performance is generally excellent, the screen is unquestionably problematic!!I've bought three identical laptops from here within a year. The previous two also started experiencing screen flickering every month. Due to my daily work commitments and the fact that it's been over six months since purchase, I didn't have the time or energy to seek refunds or repairs. However, with the third laptop, due to severe flickering issues, I reached out to the seller and Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, since it's been over three months since purchase, they refused to refund my money.They advised me to contact LENOVO UK headquarters. After communicating with LENOVO technicians online and attempting various troubleshooting and system reset procedures, all to no avail, I returned the laptop to LENOVO's repair department. The laptop was quickly fixed and sent back to me. While the screen flickering issue was resolved, there's a significant problem in the top left and right corners of the screen. I strongly suspect they used old or faulty components to repair it.So, a £800 laptop turned into a piece of junk nobody would want to buy after just four months. I contacted LENOVO customer service again, and they assured me they would investigate promptly and get back to me. It's been a week now, and I've received no response. Today, after urging them, they still ask me to wait for the results.A truly terrible shopping experience. Whether it's the seller, or LENOVO. They only care about your money and provide almost no decent service. I've wasted three weeks trying to communicate and resolve this matter, and it's still not resolved.I hope everyone chooses reputable sellers and brands with good after-sales service when shopping!

A seriously good value tablet / laptop providing an excellent Windows 11 platform.

Overall build quaility is good and so is performance. Have only been using for a day so far. Going from normal mode to tablet mode can be a bit glitchy and did not include the stylus. But overall happy.

A great all rounder for £600. Plays all my games, wonderful big screen, great build quality. Recommended,
