Zipper in the back is a concern
What I liked:light weightwell builtmany compartments comparing to other similar carry onsnice organization insidegood wheelswhat I didn't like:there's a compartment in the back that has a zipper. After one trip, it looked like the zipper was going to be trouble so I had to return the suitcase. I am very disappointed because I really liked it. I wish they would not try to squeeze another compartment, the back of the luggage should always be "blank" and durable, it is the side that gets the most "abused" during travel, especially when you store the carry on in an overhead comparment.

I love this suitcase
As a fan of soft suitcases, I love this Delsey and have it in two sizes. My first one lasted over 10 years until a wheel broke. The new ones are even better with the 4 wheels making it very easy to maneuver. I love the compartments and the ability to expand it. Somehow, I can always manage to stuff more in.

Delsey is the way to go!
I have been using this bag for the past 4 years and it just fits everything! It is easy to maneuver and expandable so you can add so much more stuff in the 3 outside pockets. There's 2 pockets with zips on the inside and then a pocket on the side. I love Delsey and would buy it again!

Not durable, zippers are not good, wheels are worse.
I bought this one and the next size down in January 2022, paying over $500 for the two. I've been on 5 airline trips since then (it is now August 2022). The larger bag has been on all 5, the smaller one has been on 3 of the 5. The material is nice. The handles are nice. The grabber thing on the bottom is nice. The telescoping handle is so-so. The zippers are junk. The only GOOD zipper on the bag is the main one - as yo can see from the pics, all the other zippers are smaller, weak, they jump the cog easily, the pulls break off - the only reason the few are left on the larger bag is because I went and clamped them all down extra tight with a needle nose pliers. Check out the pic of the back of the bag - it's like the clamp things were just opened up magically and the pulls were snatched off. And the wheels - OMG the wheels. DO NOT buy a spinner bag unless it has DOUBLE wheels - oh the things I have learned since going through all this crap with THIS bag. The wheels are cheap. They haven't broken (knock on wood), but they do not maneuver worth a damn. Part of the beauty of the spinner bag is supposed ease in which you are supposed to be able to roll it alongside you, upright, or still be able to pull it behind you like the older "inline skate" wheeled bags. Not this one - even empty you can see the wheels want to turn when you try to maneuver it. And while you might not think this is a big deal, try doing it with TWO of them, for long walks through airports, city streets, etc - your forearms literally HURT. No, I'm not a weenie - I'm an in-shape, middle aged woman, mama bear who would go up against anyone on anyday - lol! Just kidding - just saying I'm not a damsel in distress but THESE BAGS SUCK to try and move around when they are full. Then - oh my gosh - the picture of the wheels - when you try to PULL it, when it is full, the wheels splay out to the side like a car that suddenly has all 4 tires that go flat. THEN you get to DRAG it even harder because the *#%&*#& wheels don't work. Do yourself a favor, and do not buy these bags unless you can find them with NICE ZIPPERS ON ALL THE POCKETS and nice DOUBLE WHEELS! The nearest company that can "look and see if they will cover the issues" is 2 hours from where I live. Yeah no, I'm just gonna unload these on someone else who wants them, and get a decent set.

Light weight , good storage and maneuverable wheels
So far I like 99.9% of this bag. I’m a flight attendant and travel extensively so I’m a “ suitcase” expert. This bag is great for 1-5 day trips. The extra pocket on top stores my gym shoes so there is more room in the bag for clothes. It is very light and so far , the wheels have glided nicely. My teeny complaint is it is reversed from my last travel pro .. meaning it unzips from the left side if looking at it .. so I’ve had to adjust with the way i stow it in luggage racks. No biggie, but change is hard. : )

Travel bag
I love my travel suit case. It’s perfect for short visits away from home. Many extra pockets & everything. Extendable handle & wheels help so much. Thank you

Easily falls forward and wheels constantly want to turn the clockwise
Cute bag, but I hate it. I wanted a bright color, hence the purple, so if I had to check it and something went awry (i.e. the thousands of suitcases piled up at airports last year) I could easily spot it.1. It seems to be designed to tilt forward. See pix, of empty suitcase against a wall. Causes suitcase to want to fall over; I didn't have it expanded nor were there any items in the front pouches.2. Handle was very wobbly in the tallest position and initially I couldn't get it to stay in the lower position. Lowerly position finally worked after getting out of the cab when I returned home.3. The wheels want to turn clockwise (suitcase on my right side) when I'm walking a straight line. Caused hand and wrist pain from fighting with the wheels. Not fun in large airports.Unfortunately, I was on a trip/using it for the first time, when the Amazon return window closed. Will have to contact the company or see if my credit card company will credit me. Delsey is supposed to be a good brand but clearly their less expensive line is poorly designed and profiting off a good name.

World class luggage
Extremely pleased with this beautiful piece of luggage. It rolls and maneuves around so smoothly and with minimal effort. It is very light and holds quite a bit of clothing and whatever items you want stored for travel. There are many compartments and pockets. This suitcase is very well made and so far pretty durable. I wish there were some cons to go with the pros that I have mentioned, but I don't have anything negative to say. This is a fantastic piece of beautiful luggage, well worth the money.

Durable & Easy to manage
In spite of it's size, it is easy to move around. The challenge is not packing more than the allowable weight on the plane. This case is used for fly in work and is banged around every 2 wks. Hence the bag has to stand up to freezing cold without breaking and being thrown around between flights. Recommended.

very sturdy, i moved 2 times across the world with this suitcase and it's still holding after each 30hrs flight. the color is still fresh, i have a little dent which is better than i expected from international flights. very worth the money
