Does it's job
My headboard used to dig into the wall because of the screws, but now no movement from my headboard and I saved the wall. (This picture is just from one side, it came in a two pack)

Noise Stopper for the HeadBoard- Works!
This is an easy install and it works. Need more, buy two sets. I have a Queen headboard and ordered one kit, so far so good!

These work, easy to assemble, pretty sturdy. I needed to shore up the stability of the mattress and make sure there was carpet under the bed. Does not move now.
